i always have said hanji is too naive in comparison to erwin. that's why they got involved in their current situation. still, i wish hanji wasn't so dumbed down in the time-skip, you are gonna tell me they didn't suspect of eren at least one bit after the midnight sun mess...

i'm mostly annoyed because again, hanji is not given the opportunity to get upset about something they couldn't control. this the the part where i wish hanji was allowed to explode. but instead hanji is kept tame for the sake of the plot. this is mostly a complain about how hanji's character is handled. i don't expect hans to magically have a plan since hanji depended on erwin. and erwin is gone because of levi's own selfishness, and this is the part where i repeat hanji and levi should TALK ABOUT ERWIN DAMMIT. i don't expect hanji to blame levi, but at least have levi show some accountability for his actions and how much it has affected hans because it kinda obvious hans misses erwin  isayama just failed to develop hanji and that includes their relationship with both levi and erwin. like damn, EMA are not my favorites. but even them have the issues and misunderstanding of their relationships fleshed out. levi and erwin have it too, but hanji is always left out of these conversations because??? i guess hanji is not that important.

hanji having the same feelings erwin had before of his death make me even more sad there was never a conversation about erwin between hanji and levi in chapter 126. it would have made so much sense. i still can't take their friendship serious, sorry.  this is why i was so disappointed in that chapter. it was a missed opportunity and just made hanji look like nothing but a fool. is understandable hanji is tired, but their reasons for giving up should be bringed up instead of being glossed over. this is why i can't take their friendship serious at all. is always about what is convenient to levi while hanji's feelings are always belittled.  

for me erwin is the one who kept hanji always determined. please make hanji talk about erwin properly, is necessary. i want justice for hanji's character.

people think their "levi and hans are best friends 5ever and have each other uwuwuwuwu" nonsense make up for their lack of development. but since their friendship has zero appeal to me i can see why i don't like it. that is like my biggest gripe about it.  i feel like most people don't care as long levi is kept alive. but he already has his whole character explained. hanji gets crumbs and the same regurgitated stuff everyone already knows. so what about hans...
