1 and 5 for UF! Undyne And Alphys Uwu

1. Do they have any nicknames?

Well I do use their nicknames as their like actual name’s most of the time, so UF Undyne I call Cackles, as when she laughs it’s like a really loud af cackle, while UF Alphys is nicknamed Tatters, as her clothes are a bit tattered and stuff.

But since those names are like kind of their official names for me, as that’s usually how it ends up for me when I give nicknames to characters from au’s etc they become their nicknames pretty much, so do I not have nicknames persay for them, though Cackles do get called fish bitch at times by Edge when they banter and he is the only one allowed to call her that, as it’s a funny thing between them and if anyone else calls her that they will get a beating. 5. What is their personality like?

Oh boy

Cackles is still very much like UT Undyne, but back before she got defeated by Edge in their duel to the death for who would be captain/stay as captain, she was overly cruel and overly violent, she was crazily aggressive and there was so much civilian casualties under her leadership, and she overall didn’t have that good grip or control over her guards even though most of them were loyal and was just a really bad captain overall, alongside her being stressed and feeling she needed to prove herself constantly to her mentor and father figure, Gore aka Asgore, and her solutions to things often ended up with someone getting dusted.

But after getting defeated by Edge and then spared, which she was greatly insulted by since it was a battle to the death and he should just dust her, she was greatly depressed and angry at him about it, their friendship got hella strained for awhile, but then they made up when she began to work for him instead as his second in command and realised she preferred it, much less pressure on her to be in a certain way and much less paper work which she hates, and their friendship is now stronger than ever and they got a more sibling like relationship.

She is now much more calm than she once was, not as aggressive either and she is just doing much better overall, she is like a big sister to Edge who loves to make fun and tease him, rile him up, but also keep an eye out for him, and is always ready to kick his butt when he don’t take care of himself properly, she’s extremely stubborn etc, but she has mellowed down so she isn’t as prone to violence and stuff anymore, she is actually calmer than UT Undyne etc.

Tatters on the other hand…

She is full of rage and some regrets, she back in the day became one of UF Gaster’s assistants and he got her to do some really bad shit with her unable to say no in fear of him but also wanting to impress him real badly, so in turn things she originally was against, like horrible experiments on fellow monsters, is something she doesn’t even bat an eye at anymore.

She helped Gaster do many experiments, many of them on Red and Edge as well which Edge don’t remember but which Red remembers with complete clarity, so their relationship is not good at all he actually is threatening her to do shit for him as he in reality just wants to dust her but has decided to use the talents she got for his advantage in keeping his brother safe etc, which she hates she despises him so much she can’t believe she once felt bad for the stuff she did to him, now she just wants to dust him as well but is mostly too cowardly to as she fears for her life.

But she do still try to kill him time to time as she just wants him out of her life so she can keep doing her work in peace, she is a pretty cold and callous person who is extremely cowardly, she could have stopped doing the experiments when Gaster got yeeted but no she kept them up instead, even done some even worse shit than Gaster ever did.

So yeah she is so not a good person, originally maybe but that part of her is long buried and now she is just full of rage and frustration over her situation as who knew her actions could have such consequences.

And this is one of the reasons why I have such a hard time imagining how alphyne would work in my Underfell, since Cackles cares so much for Edge and would be absolutely livid if she knew what Tatters did to him, who knows might work something out but for now they just don’t work pft.
