i noticed you headcanon confucius as genderfluid! is that u projecting or picking up on little things within the series?
It's a mix! I'm not projecting on the genderfluid part cuz I'm not genderfluid myself, but I am a transgender guy, and Confucius seems to be relatable to a lot of transgender people
I'm prefacing this by saying that I acknowledge that realistically this wouldn't be canon at all, the show is very clear about him being a cis guy, as if the "cloned from a cis man" thing wasn't enough, they reaaally had to hit the nail in the coffin with .. that one line
Tumblr media
(SHIVERS)
BUT ANYWAYS. I think a lot of the little details I notice trans people could relate to, I can also see going for different kinds of trans people, which is why in my personal headcanon his identity is fluid. He's alright with his masculinity, but he also wouldn't mind being perceived as no gender at all, or a girl. Depends on how he's feeling that day
FASHION
A common thing that made people transgender people relate to him (this is mostly a pre-s3 thing), is the focus on his design to cover the shape of his body. His main outfit is a very layered hoodie
Tumblr media
But also, in situations where everyone else would wear lighter clothing or be shirtless, he would still cover his torso
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
People can be insecure about their bodies for plenty different reasons, body dysphoria being a common one
Tumblr media
Bonus: he's not afraid to wear colors that wouldn't be stereotypically masculine. Pink is a major part of his main outfit
STRUGGLES WITH STEREOTYPICAL GENDER CONFORMANCE
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He has to make a visible effort to be "like the other boys". A lot of S3 E4 was about that!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
He seems to often misunderstand what "being a man" is supposed to be. And the people around him agree that he doesn't conform to manliness very well. He has to go out of his way to prove it in ridiculous ways such as putting on an unnatural deep voice, or bringing A WHOLE ASS BEAR to a party. He's not used to manliness being his main thing, but embracing the man part of his identity doesn't distress him
THIS LINE THAT KEEPS ME UP AT NIGHT BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE WRITERS MEANT BY THIS
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This also keeps me up at night as a Jfkonfucius shipper but by saying this he's excluding himself. "You're boys" what are you, Confucius!? This could be interpreted as a nonbinary or girlie thingy. I pick both with the genderfluid headcanon. Muahahaha
Or alternatively he's claiming that he also has something special with JFK because they're both boys I mean whaa
BLUE-HAIRED
Tumblr media
Everybody knows blue-haired bitches collect pronouns and genders /J
Confucius is a guy. Confucius is a girl. Confucius is nothing. Confucius is all of it. But not at all times. Do you understand the vision ?
Thanks for providing me the chance to yap about my woke bs 😎😎😎 I don't take my headcanons super seriously so if u disagree and find this ridiculous thats cool . I'm just having fun

If you do make an au where Solar and Sunrise are siblings, would Sunrise be made the way he is now, or more like Solar?
If he was made the way he is now then their personalities would probably work very well together, both from a social point of view and a work point of view. Solar is analytical and seems to have at least a decent idea of the big picture, given his early understanding of how their world works. Sun is sympathetic and sensitive to changes in both temperature and other people. Between Solar and Sun, they've got logical and emotional intelligence pretty well covered.
As for their social relationship it'd be kind of odd to see Sun's dependence split between a romantic partner and a sibling. I could see both having a similar protective impulse toward Sun, with Moon behaving as he already does and Solar seeking to protect a more naive younger sibling from people he already knows don't have their best interests in mind. I suppose if the outbreak still happens, also a relationship where Solar isn't sure of their situation either, but knows he can provide emotional stability simply because he knows Sun thinks highly of nearly everyone in his life.
In short I think Solar and Sun as siblings could be rather sweet, and definitely interesting
Yeah, this sort of "AU of my AU" is actually like... constantly in the back of my mind, and I might make some content for it too, because I like the domestic slice-of-life style idea with a little bit of drama and fluff sprinkled in hahaha
You're 100% correct of how their relationship (or siblingship) would work out. Sunrise would be quite heavily codependant on Solar especially given his anxiety and nature to be quite innocent in general, and Solar would most likely be a bit... overprotective almost similarily to Moondrop, but in more like, brotherly way, as you suggested.
I'll give a little list of some ideas (and possible differences) I've had for this Alternative Timeline :>
- Solar is not suspected to kill Lilian, but he becomes a bit unstable after her death. Instead of deciding to replace him , Fazbear corp orders another Daycare Attendant to their main location to help him (since the Daycare was originally a success. Yes, when Solar was working, he was very succesful. They even added another one in El Chip's location a bit later...)
- Sunrise is designed purposefully the way he is in the original story. The higher-ups were aware of Solar and Lilian's relationship and Solar's stubborn nature. So they attempt to make Sunrise his opposite, (probably also counting on to the fact Solar will feel bad for making Sun anxious for both of their case, since Solar seems to feel more empathy towards other mutants than humans.)
- Sun and Moon meet at the labs and things go like the did originally (except meeting Solar in the labs of course.) Sun is probably more anxious about the fact Moon is going to be "replaced" when he gets shipped to the location. Sun thinks no one can replace Moon as his play-buddy and best friend. Later he'd understand that Solar isn't gonna "replace" Moon, but become his own person in Sun's tiny world :>
- At first sun is very intimitated by Solar, who is probably a bit stinky and weird and depressed at this point anyway. I think solar asks Sunrise things like which lab he was created and who was his doctor etc, resulting to the fact that Dr Weston was their doctor, thus Solar starts calling Sunrise his little brother. Sun is like, reaaally weirded out by it at first, but warms up to ot eventually 😅
- They'd still be locked in the Daycare, maybe because Solar would just... wander off and it was just easier to keep the same rule for both Daycare Attendants. I'm not completely sure how their relationships with he others would go at this point, but I'll think about it.
- When the locations merge and Moon joins the gang, Solar is soooo suspicious of him. I think he is gonna cause a lot of bumps by trying to keep the sweet innocent Sunrise out of Moondrop's reach. Add the extra confusing romantic feelings Sun wants to let out, and the whole misunderstanding with Vanessa and we got a season full of just... drama 🤣
- Sun probably talked about his feelings for Moon with Solar at some point and that might be the reason why Solar would be so... overprotective. Maybe he doesn't wanna let Sun go through a similar heartbreak as he did.
- No apocalypse happen, let them just stay domestic and happy (eventually) 🤭

ok how i actually think next gen naruto shouldve gone/who would actually have kids
shikamaru and temari- def actually would. i agree. bc of the thing with asuma and mirai, shikamaru is one of the central characters to the theme of growing up from being taught into a teacher and making a world for today's kids to grow up in thats better than the one you grew up in. he likes kids and is good with kids. temari is the type to not super like kids in a general sense and she's not THAT good with them, but she thinks her own kid is the greatest thing in the whole world and better than every other kid that exists. kids like her because of her cool air but she doesnt get why since she's not that attentive to kids that aren't hers. she'd give shikadai cool hairstyles
naruto- he really loves kids but recognizes that he's too busy to be able to give all his attention to raising one, so he settles for visiting the school a Lot and being the cool uncle to his friends' kids, which he does pretty effortlessly. unmarried, not interested in getting married, his best friend is sasuke
sasuke- NO what the fuck.... he would not. he doesn't really care for kids and by design of his JOB is on the move constantly. he knows he couldn't raise a kid and it never even crosses his mind that thats even a thing potentially on the table. unmarried, not interested in getting married, his best friend is naruto
sakura- would probably get married but not to any of her old classmates. she likes kids but her passion lies elsewhere and she doesn't want to split her attention between raising a child and being a top ranking jounin, teaching medical ninjutsu classes, etc. she really loves her friends' kids though and occasionally goes through phases where she wants a kid REAAALLY BAD before she remembers again that she actually doesn't really
hinata- would also get married but not to any of her old classmates. would have kids. sorry i dont have a lot to say on her but she is naruto's canonical wife so i can't not talk about her
rock lee- i dont know exactly how metal lee comes about in canon but i think its perfect tbh. no one really KNOWS where this kid came from he just kind of appeared. lee is not married, and he feels a little sad about it sometimes, but guy won't let him feel bad about it for long
tenten- married to a woman. has a kid
kiba- married with a kid
shino- married to a man. no kids no plans for kids. he likes teaching everyone else's kids instead
ino- not married, swings between wishing she was and being glad she isn't. really wants to the "the cool aunt" to shikadai and chocho, which she succeeds at sometimes but they mostly just think she's trying too hard
sai- i honestly don't know. sells paintings.
choji and karui- kind of left field but sure. and i think chocho is cute
gaara- he adopts 3 kids in canon, i think that works. he just wants them to have a better life than he did. not married, doesn't plan to get married but life is full of surprises
apparently orochimaru has a kid via some sort of asexual reproduction, the kid's name is mitsuki and he's obsessed (not my word choice) with boruto. funny as fuck. packs him pb&j for school with a little note. KEEP

ROTTMNT Headcanons!
All the turtles are neurodivergent. All of them.
Casey didn't let Casey Jr steal her name, so now everyone calls him Junior or CJ. He doesn't mind, he's just glad to have his mom back.
April and Sunita actually knew eachother from when they were younger. There was a time where Sunita stole a cloacking broach? (I forgot its name), ran away for a while and went to kindergarten for a day. Her and April got along immediately. They can't remember meeting before now, but it did happen.
When he was younger, Raph was more... angry. A bit more like the 2012 version. He felt horrible when he accidentally hurt one of his brothers, so Splinter taught him how to channel his anger in a healthy way. He still snaps sometimes.
When he was younger, Leo decided that he didn't like himself. Like, at all. So he changed everything he was until he became what he is now, the face man (and later on the leader).
He still hates how he turned out to be sometimes though.
Mikey not only paints, but also makes sculptures! He uses Leo as a model because he loves making cool poses. A while after they met April, he started using her as a model too because he never saw a human up close and he wants to learn how their anatomy is so he can draw her in the family portraits he makes.
All the siblings have their own way of making art. Donnie's good a blueprints, Raph makes plushies, Leo designs clothes, Mikey draws and April reaaally good at music. Mostly singing.
Donnie made Raph a special knitting thingy because he can't hold the normal ones. His hands are too big.
Leo was bored, scrolling through the internet and saw a video about clothes and thought “huh. I could do something better than that” and it turned out that he could, in fact, design something better than what he saw.
April sings a lot. While baking (she sucks at cooking), when she's playing videogames, in home when there's no one around, etc.
April's mom isn't around much because she has a fulltime job, so April invites the turtles to hang out almost every week.
Casey is really good at strategizing. She's more of a blunt force person but she makes a plan, and a backup plan, as she rushes into battle. She's similar to Leo in that way, so they always play strategy games thing to beat eachother. Their matches last hours.
Leo once was really upset. He didn't know what was the exact reason, but he felt like he was just a liability. So, since most people complained about him always talking all the time, he decided to shut up. It didn't last even an hour, because when he went to get breakfast he realized that when his brothers say that he's annoying they don't mean it seriously. Really, they were so worried about him.
Leo, April and Sunita go to April's house to gossip. They also invite Mikey sometimes.
Leo's actually really good at cooking. He just adds whatever he wants whenever he wants, so sometimes what he makes tastes like a god made it, and sometimes they're so horrible Donnie faints at the sight of it (once. That happened once, and Donnie will never let it go).
Mikey cooks when he's upset. After the Shredder, and also after the movie, he started cooking a lot more. He disguised it as him wanting to let Casey Jr try as many stuff as he can (which is true), but no one really believes that that's the only reason. They don't talk about it though, and Mikey's grateful about it.
The boys have no healthy coping mechanisms. Only like two each one.
It took them a while (years. It took them years) to warm up to Draxum, but once they did, they started to think of him as Dad too. Mikey called him that from the start, but the others didn't. Leo almost cried when he found out.
Leo jokes about disowning Draxum because of the roof incident. Donnie jokes (kind of) about disowning Leo because of everything in his life.
We all know that Raph has separation anxiety, but it got a lot worse after the movie, to the point where he had to know where the others were going or else he'd worry himself sick. It took months for him to relax a bit, but it was still a huge issue.
Mind Raph is actually a manifestation of the boys mystic powers and they never realized it. It's a branch of the mind meld thing (we need more of that. Like the creators told us the boys can link their thoughts and they never talked about it ever again?? The potential it had was huge).

Exhilarating
Tumblr media
1741 words | 3rd Person POV
Another short fluff - this time with Seventeen's Josh!
Synopsis: Everything was dull and boring, but when she entered the room, she was like a breath of fresh air.
---
Despite the well designed interior and the fancy vases that decorated the room, it didn't push away the feeling of unfamiliarity and solitude that Joshua had felt since he arrived - or at the very least became aware of his surroundings. He didn't feel the isolation as much when he first came, because his vision (and memory) was blurry. He remembered people talking around him, and he remembered being taken from one place to another, but he didn't remember what they were saying exactly, or where they brought him to. When he came to, they told him he collapsed on pre-recording, and they had to immediately bring him to the hospital.
Joshua sighed. While the room was probably one of the most luxurious ones he'd been in, there was an odd unsettling feeling that disturbed him as he lay there, alone. It didn't help that he was wearing hospital clothes instead of his own and also that he was stuck to an IV drip. Just in between the door and floor, he saw shadows that stood tensely beyond his room, and he could guess them as the assigned security for him - just in case one of those sasaengs reached him somehow.
With the window shutters being closed down, it further elongated his feeling of being boxed in, as Vernon would've phrased it. His members were off to another schedule that he later would have to make up for, so nobody would be on the group chat. He would've called his mom to push away the loneliness, but it would have been barely dawn in Los Angeles.
The ceiling, once a comfortable target to place his sights on, slowly grew dull and boring, so he moved to lay sideways instead, facing the door. It was then when he heard noises and steps coming towards his direction, and the shadows under the door moved around for the first time.
His eyes perked up to see who was coming, hoping it would be his manager, or one of the members who finished their schedules early and came to see him. Instead of them, a white coat caught his eyes, the person in it fiddling with the notes she was holding as she entered the room.
"Mr. Hong, right?" she smiled, pulling up her glasses as she approached him. "Hong Jisoo."
The way she called him was cheerful and perky, and it brought a different light to enter the room. It suddenly didn't seem so sullen, and for that, Joshua was happy she entered, whoever she may be.
"Yes?" he managed, as he pulled himself up to sit straight and look at her properly.
"Good morning," she cheered, and he noticed that she was looking directly into his eyes. While he was used to direct eye-contact in America, Koreans tend to deem that action impolite, so he didn't really expected it. Even so, he had always thought of eye contact as an important element in communicating - it shows just how much attention you were getting from the other person. Her eyes seemed bright as he returned the contact, and the mere fact that they were looking into each other's eyes played a huge part in lightening up the room.
"Morning," Joshua replied, trying to smile back as politely as he could, despite the heaviness of his head while keeping his body upright.
"Oh, you shouldn't move too much!" she said upon seeing him. "You were running a high fever, on top of that you were dehydrated and overworked, too. Your temperature went down slightly, but you're still in a feverish range," she said quickly, adjusting the small tube that was connected to his arm.
"I feel better, though," Joshua reasoned, giving the girl a small smile to support his subjective argument. She puffed and blew the little bangs annoying her eyes away and placed her hands on her hips.
"Better doesn't equal good enough," she said, the look in her eyes clearly opposing his attempts to be let go. "Besides, take this opportunity to actually rest, okay? Its a big fancy room with fancy lighting, a TV and good speakers, and we'll get you food in a moment. You can't argue that this is not heaven," she rambled, pointing at his surroundings.
Joshua laughed, he had never met a doctor like this one. "You have a point," he said. "But, do you think you can move me to another room? Preferably with people?"
She blinked. "You want to switch rooms?"
Joshua looked around, there was a nurse standing right behind this doctor girl, and his security guard had stepped inside since the girl entered. They all looked at him weird and obviously against the idea, so he just nodded timidly and sighed.
"Its just that," the girl waited for his response patiently, her hands back on her the edge of his bed and the other on her notes. Joshua continued, unsure of himself as well. "It gets too quiet, and uh, silence gets pretty uncomfortable for me."
She gave him one look and spared a few seconds for her thoughts before she returned him with a reply. "Well, your manager told me its best you're not even seen by anyone at all, for your safety."
Of course he did. Joshua didn't doubt that, and he understood those orders completely, so he just nodded, accepting defeat. Worth a try though.
But she wasn't quite finished. She pulled her phone out of her coat pocket, checked her screen for a while before coming back to him. "I can stay with you and chat if it helps," she grinned. "People call me a chatterbox, so why not put it to good use, right?"
"Are you not busy?" Joshua asked, pretty set aback by her suggestion, but was not against it.
She shook her head, swaying her bangs left and right before giving him a reassuring smile. "Not if nobody's calling for me. You're actually free to go after this drip," she points at the hanging liquid with the notes on her hand, "All you have to do is wait for your manager to pick you up. After all, your fever did go down, and we'll give you acetaminophens to take. What you really need is food and rest."
While the rest of the people in the room looked at her weirdly at her offer to be a chatterbox, she paid no mind to it and grabbed herself a chair to sit on by Joshua's bed. Joshua, on the other hand, just nodded numbly, unsure of what kind of reaction he should give, or what words to say. He had no reason to refuse, though, so he said nothing.
"You guys can go," she dismissed the nurses who followed immediately, and the security guard simply eyed her for a few seconds before returning to his post. She was the assigned doctor, after all, he couldn't (and shouldn't) restrict her from her patient.
Once they all left, Joshua blurted the question that had been sitting on the tip of his tongue. "So, do you stay to chat with all the patients you meet?"
She settled in her seat and gave him an ambiguous smile - one Joshua understood to not be completely genuine, but wasn't fake either. "Just the ones that seem particularly lonely."
"And," Joshua paused, picking his words carefully. "You don't have other lonely patients?"
She chuckled. Pressing her fist on her cheeks, she rephrased his question for him, "You mean why aren't I busy treating other patients?" The question stunned him for a while. He didn't expect her to be that direct, especially to her patient; but to be honest, he didn't mind it one bit.
Usually, when this kind of situation happened - where a conversation turned too straightforward for him to handle, Joshua would've chuckled awkwardly and politely, and just nodded or something to move on from the discomfort. But this time, he didn't know if it was because his head was still revolving, or if it was because he'd spent too much time with Jeonghan, but he didn't take the polite route and just directly returned her question with another one. He simply nodded. "Yeah, sure, if you care to tell?"
The response wasn't one she was used to receiving, so she was a bit flustered at the blunt exchange for a few seconds. "Huh," she huffed, but smiled. "I guess I'm assigned to do the extra stuff. Nobody wants to talk to patients and their guardians if its nothing medical related. Doctors are awkward that way. They prefer to research, write papers, and explore surgeries. And so they pushed me here," she gestured to the room around her. "To the VIP wards."
Before Joshua could take offense into her words, she disclaimed, "Not that you're 'extra stuff', but you must understand that some VIP patients can be," she gave him an awry grin, one that was indicating something negative, as she searched for the right word. She didn't seem to find one, but eventually settled with the description: "Exhilarating," which she worded with a shoulder shrug, indicating that it wasn't the correct word at all.
Joshua just laughed at her antics, wondering if the medical dramas about VIP patients actually happen in real life that she would describe them that way. "Would you say I'm - well - exhilarating, then?"
At this point, her smile was no longer ambiguous. Looking like she was in deep thought, she answered, "You're a different kind of exhilarating." Her dimples further accentuated the honesty in her smile. "I mean, obviously, you're well aware that you have got the looks," she reasoned, not at all embarrassed to compliment him, which was different for a change - but a good different.
"That I do," Joshua grinned. He was an idol, after all, he should be confident in his visuals.
"And you're young - not many VIPs are as young," she continued, still thinking of more answers. "And most people would've reprimanded me for speaking so casually and bluntly to a patient about her work. They'd say I was rude."
Joshua snickered. "Should I, then? Reprimand you, I mean?"
Her eyes rounded at his statement, and then she suddenly clasped her hands together and bowed her head. "I would reaaally, reaaaally appreciate it if you don't."
He laughed. This girl is really something.
"What was your name, again? Can I call you by name?" Joshua asked, visibly more comfortable.
And she returned him with another ambiguous smile.
