#don't bother looking on twitter to find drama i deleted my tweets about it

i think it's crazy that people come after you for not making f/f content, but what makes it even crazier is that. I distinctly remember a few instances of f/f content you *have* put out with transfems and it makes me side eye even harder that that doesn't seem to "count" for some of these askers

(for context, this is in relation to me being vocally annoyed on twitter that i was asked twice in one day why i have "i don't write f/f" in my retrospring faq when the reason it's there is so im not repeatedly asked about it)

i think that's reading too much into it. the people who ask usually aren't familiar with my work, and it's not very often that i do actually draw f/f so they probably don't see it. and it's usually not people coming after me (except when i push back and express frustration because god forbid). it's literally Just that i'm being asked at all, as if it's something that needs an explanation or justification. that's the part i want people to get their heads around. you don't need an explanation for why anyone wouldn't make porn of a specific sexuality. it's not your business. you should not be asking at all.

the personal reason i don't want to be asked is because i am a bi trans man. i am not a lesbian. my attraction to women is different. and coming to terms with that was a difficult part of my transition. and being asked why i don't write f/f comes with the subtext that i should be, that i need a good reason why i dont. but you wouldn't ask that of a cis man. why should you ask me? i'm a man. or do you not see me as one?

which is equally reading too much into what is probably simple curiosity. but that's how it feels whenever i'm asked, which is why i don't want to be asked, and why i put it in the faq. and got annoyed that i was asked twice in one day.

and it is all very dumb because i do Draw f/f. i just don't want to write it, because that occupies a different headspace and amount of effort i would rather put toward things i like more.

but there is the ratna vignette in objects of affection. maybe when that's out i can finally say "i did it. there it is. it's a woman peeling the skin off a girl robot so she can see the internals as she fucks it. enjoy."

BUT FROM MY UNDERSTANDING OF THE EVENTS:

on Tommyinnit's Love or Host yesterday one of the contestants, Ophelia (imOphelia), was a fan favorite (even some content creators liked her) because she dressed like Spiderman, liked animal crossing, and was a big dmsp fan, owning both L'Manberg flag and a book copy of Passerine. She was generally sweet and when she was voted off, many objected and joked about Tommy making the wrong decision.

Once she was voted off by Tommy and promoted her Twitter, however, fans went to go check her twitter out, and they found out she followed some boundary-breaking accounts that posted NSFW content. Ophelia apologized via Twitter and started a Twitch stream to further talk about it. tbh I couldn't finish the stream vod when I tried to watch it earlier today, but basically, her excuse was that she liked and followed the accounts without looking properly at what other content they posted and that none of what they posted was even "boundary-breaking". Ophelia continued to lose followers and even other ccs who followed her unfollowed as the news spread. Eventually, Ophelia deleted her original apology and tweeted that she wasn't sorry for her actions (what my post was about). I reloaded the page a bit after Tommy's LoH ended and eventually he unfollowed too. Ophelia apologized again, which again gave the same responses, and now both her Twitter and Twitch are deleted. If you want to find her deleted account, I think at some point Ophelia changed her username to "iwasOphelia", but literally nothing is there last i checked, so don't bother.

Look, with those kinds of accounts that she followed, not only did it break boundaries and post mcyt p*rn, but they're private. Unless Ophelia followed BEFORE they private their accounts (which didn't happen), she had to follow willingly in order to find their profile. And in the bio description, "NSFW" and "18+" is right there so outsiders know what these people post. I also think it's a bit weird that a person who enjoys these types of mcyt art accounts (or did at some point) would then join a LoH for a content creator in the mcyt community. Sure, people change but considering Ophelia doubled down and deleted her apologies before ultimately deleting her accounts says a lot.

I hope this summary of the discourse and drama from Tommy's loh (at least the Ophelia drama...there was so much going on) did it justice. I don't want to get anything wrong, so if I did tell me. Hope this helps, though!

tbh i kept an eye on Ophelia's twitter (for various reasons, like seeing if tommy unfollowed, or the twitch link to see her explanation stream) and she deleted her apologies and pinned a tweet saying she doesn't care and had fun, like girl- I'm glad you had fun or whatever, but apologizing for following those kinds of accounts and then deleting just shows to me that you don't actually care and THATS THE ISSUE
