#doing illustrations is always a bit of a pain bc I'm like...what to draw? where is the story?

I wonder... Regarding Sunday's wing preening session

You've had a few illustrations where Gallagher does this, I wonder if Sunday lets others do it too or if he's given up on it altogether

Like maybe Sunday has a note in his head like that:

Gallagher - he can, because:

he is not annoying while doing that

doing it kinda fast

don't cause any pain while doing that

Aventurine - he can't, because:

gets to much excited

he doesn't know what he is doing

cuses a lot pain because he can't distinguish a ready pin feather from an unready one

take him ages to do that

Ratio - maybe, because

don't cuses pain

it's a bit annoying because he has to look closely at each feather; he comments that I eat badly and I lack vitamins

Idk something like that...

I'm curious about your opinion on this topic 👀 (and I'm just bored and I have no one to pick on, and you decided to answer me a few times now; you should stop because you won't get rid of me ;p thank you tumblr for giving me the option to be anonymous hehehe i'm stupid... but there is always a chance that I can convince you to draw something that's on my mind :3)

I feel like for Gallagher and Ratio it is quite accurate. While without Gallagher Sunday prefers to let Ratio do it, it's very annoying bc it always turns into a tiny medical session BUT his wings are the cleanest and healthiest after Ratio takes care of them and he may also get a massage out of it. Aventurine probably just overplucks them at some point because he just gets too into it, kind of like biting nails or a fidget toy, so he's not allowed anymore. Also gets distracted with rubbing between the feathers bc it feels nice under the nails, which is ticklish though-
