Any Wanderhome players on here? I want to get more into it. I am loving it so far. I grew up on Wind In the Willows so that explains it lol.

“Manifesting a yapportunity”
Ur not gonna believe this…. Go forth, yap. What are your wips? Which one story favorite? Anything else you wanna talk abt
Eeeeeeeeeeeee!!! TYSM, I hope you realize you have just earned eternal opportunity to yap back at me, FYI.
Ok, so WIP list!!!
1) The Hollow Planet (currently writing)
Not really counting this one as a story, it's a system-agnostic TTRPG setting I've been world building for the past year. It'll probably take me another year or two to finish writing it and save up money for art, maps, a cover, etc, but I'm incredibly excited about it, especially since it's the first project of this type I've ever done.
Whenever I do get it done, I'll be selling it as PDFs on my Kofi, and maybe an ebook version too. Probably just for a couple bucks tho cause I know how being broke feels lol 😭
It's Sci-fi, but like, loosey goosey hand-wavey sci Fi that's essentially fantasy.
I've come up with several playable alien species, probably too many honestly, and all their home planets and shit. Mostly been working on politics, currency and different types of spaceships other than that right now, but I'll be coming up with alien monsters later and I can't wait to test my creature design skills!
2) The Aloryn Saga (YA trilogy, just finished outlining)
Basically what happens when your parents can't get out of the "give me your firstborn" deal with a goddess, but you're a stubborn as hell little sister who makes said goddess take you instead of your big sis.
Lyssa (little sis) ends up having the time of her life in this magic world with Taz the rogue goddess (think Eda from the Owl House or Stanley Pines for personality inspiration) and the other outcast kids she's collected along the way. It doesn't hurt that there are magic lessons, scams to help run, and they're traveling in a stolen London tour bus pulled by a pair of very sweet woolly mammoths.
Cate (big sis) ends up finding a way to Aloryn herself. Convinced that Lyssa is in danger and needs rescuing, she gets manipulated by Godhunters into joining their organization to help them track down Taz. What she doesn't realize at first is that Godhunters don't just capture Gods, they kill them to steal their magical powers. And she's leading them right to her sister, who now has magic too.
So then they kinda end up on opposite sides of a war, which does not do wonders for sibling relationships.
I've figured out the ending and they do end up on the same side again eventually and kinda start rebuilding things with each other.
Also there are Technicolor wolf-people, an island pirate kingdom, and the ancestral home of the gods is a city carved from a skyscraper-sized unicorn horn. I'm going for something that would have made my 13 year old self want to read it, basically.
Fingers crossed my tween sister likes it too lol.
I have a list of paused WIPs as long as my entire body, so I'll just give you some highlights.
3) Soul Thieves (tabled)
Another YA trilogy, this time with a hidden magical world mixed with our own. Soft magic system, mild to medium levels of creepy stuff, and a central cast consisting of two girls (one shapeshifter, one poltergeist) who steal souls for a living, a she/they human enby who has no soul to steal, and a talking wolf spirit who's a white-hat necromancer and sole keeper of the group's impulse control.
4) Sikra's Scions (NA Fantasy, four books, tabled)
The Evil Queen's supposed to be immortal. Really she's just swapping her soul into new magically cloned bodies every time she gets old. Her latest batch of clone "children" figure out their intended purpose and run away to start a rebellion against her.
One book from the POV of each of the four clones as they start to forge their own identities, make allies, and experience the real world for the first time.
Once again, TYSM. Hope some of that was interesting 🧐😁
