#doctor said shower chair but i haven't bought one yet. don't have money for it

got a pulse oximeter like the doctor recommended. going to start tracking my heart rate and tracking the amount of time it takes for me to faint during certain activities. would like to get a baseline for how long i can stay upright without fainting so that i can start to figure out when i need to take a break to sit and lie down and hopefully be able to rest before fainting?

today i lasted 30 minutes at the barre (i think having the barre for support helped) and then lasted 10 min in the center. 15 minutes walking across campus is enough to send my heart rate real fucking high and start presyncope. i really think i need to start figuring out like. what my limits are. the amount of rest i need. and start looking into some options for accommodating myself because this does not feel sustainable.
