I LOOOOVE doberman doc but i wish he didnt have cropped ears bc its a really harmful painful process for the dogs.... dobies naturally have cute little floppy ears.... maybe one floppy and one upright and metal? idk!!!! very cute dog designs :) like them a lot

Thank u! :D And I know, it was intentional! I wanted to give him angular, sharp, stereotypical "big bad doberman" features. Doc as a character gives me the feeling of someone who has been through A LOT - between failed experiments or hardships in life. I mean he canonically lost his arm bc a Minecraft dev straight up ripped it out from him out of vengeance iirc.

You can see he also has a docked tail but gave himself a longer one through prosthetics. You can also see that Doccy still has her waggy tail and floppy ears. Since cropping of ears and tail was even more popular in the older days, i wanted to show that difference between generations. Doc isn't going to let anyone touch his baby, he has been through some crazy, though times, but despite his looks he still has a big heart.

Tldr: i have him cropped ears as flavor for his character, as you would by giving a character scars.
