flights to Tokyo - c.leclerc
masterlist | pairing: Charles leclerc x gasly!reader. summary: on your flight from Bali to Japan there is a certain someone you didn’t want to see. warnings: forced proximity trope + mentions of choking(in a lighthearted and fun manner) + flirting. a/n: hi hi!!! it’s been awhile since I wrote a fic and specifically a fic of this length 😅 I don’t know too much about flights from Bali to Japan so I deeply apologize but I hope you enjoy xx
of course he’s on this flight. it was one of the only few leaving Bali to Tokyo, unless you wanted to miss good food and a great race, you weren’t going to be on the next flight until two months from now.
you suppress a groan from escaping your lips, but a sound still alerted Charles attention from his phone, over to you lurking towards him down the aisles.
he couldn’t help the annoyed look that plastered his face when he watched you struggle to throw your bag over head, and the look deepened when you slipped into the aisle seat beside him.
“yeah I don’t want to be here either, but look.” you shove your boarding pass into his face for proof that you were to be in the spot beside him for the next twelve hours to Tokyo.
the plane was small, only a few could afford to fly private, but even fewer could afford the once every two month trip to Japan leaving you and a few other passengers on this flight.
Charles was sure one of the men would be kind enough to offer their empty rows up for you, but seeing as they looked as grouchy as they came, he suppressed the thought and shoved his headphones on.
if he had to sit with you, that was fine, but having to listen to you? he’d rather be held against his will at the emergency exit seat.
you didn’t have the best past with Charles. with on again and off again sexual rendezvous, and your brother being his best friend, things plummeted rather quickly that they did to skyrocket.
and if Charles didn’t want to speak with you for twelve hours you could live that, but you couldn’t live with his intoxicating cologne clogging your nostrils and his music blasting through his headphones. but you just shoved your headphones in and watched whatever movie the plane provided for the rest of the time.
HOUR ONE
“that movie again?” he grumbles softly with a shake of his head. you’d seen crazy rich Asians more times than you could count, but the movie was too comforting to skip, and you’d bored yourself with a French classic the second the plane took off.
“I’m sorry, weren’t you just listening to your own music on repeat?”
heat creeps against his skin as he turns from your seat and towards the window. wherever you were, the sun was setting, and across the sky was beautiful blue and pinks.
if you were attempting to avoid Charles, you were doing horrible. because you hated how beautiful his face looked with the pink and gold dancing across his face. why did he have to be so beautiful? couldn’t he have been a gremlin with a tiny dick? but no, god had to make him beautiful in all aspects.
“I think the view is a bit past me.” a smirk lifts against his face, and if you had anything valuable to throw at him, you would. but a pair of headphones, a neck pillow, and your phone weren’t worthy.
“you’re such an asshole.”
“you’ve got eleven more hours of me, cherie, unless you want to sit with one of them.” he directs your gaze towards the rows of elder gentleman passed out snoring,
a scowl holds your face as you turn to him laughing, “you think you’re so funny,” you shove his shoulders, “I hope the flight attendant spits in your food.”
HOUR THREE
you could tell he was becoming restless. Charles very rarely slept on planes, and if he did they were his own private planes with his group of friends. however, he couldn’t find comfort cramped beside you.
he’d moved seats, leaving one in between you both, but that wasn’t enough. he was large, he took up more room than you, and that seemed to always stop him before he extended his legs across the seat.
you begun to notice his tiredness, but you didn’t dare say anything and stuck to your movie, top gun, and continued to read when possible to ignore him.
except Charles was an awfully loud distraction to your peaceful hour three of the flight.
“oh my god, what is your problem?” you ripped off your headphones and give him a glare of annoyance.
“I can’t get comfortable.”
“well find a way.” you growl back slipping your head phones back on. Charles wiggles around a bit more. a gasp escapes his lips that pulls you away from your book. wherever you were, heavy clouds covered the sky, but there stood the icy mountain tops peaking through.
you leaned across Charles lap, phone in hand, you snapped as many pictures as you could before your senses alarmed you how highly inappropriate this was.
the smell of his cologne was stronger. his breathing was as ragged as yours, and if you turned your head just slightly, your lips could practically touch.
this was bad, but every part of you couldn’t pull away. the scene in front of your eyes was beautiful, but the man you’re stretched across, is ten times more powerful. it took every bit of you to not look his way.
“cherie,” he whispered so faintly you could’ve sworn you were dreaming. his fingers ghost your mid, one hand pressed against your back, “I think snacks are being served now.”
warmth spread all across you, sweat built up on your forehead as you slip into the seat beside him and accept the small bag of peanuts before the flight attendant scurried down the aisle.
“you embarrass so easily.”
“I hope you choke on a peanut.”
HOUR FIVE
everyone was asleep but him.
even if he wanted to sleep he just couldn’t, and with you beside him it made it even more impossible to do so.
your hair curled over your face, a hoodie pulled over just above your eyelids, and your head rested on the seat in between you two.
how could he sleep when he was watching you?
he remembers nights when he used to just crash beside you and never take the time to notice how angelic you looked. now, he wishes he took in that moment.
because despite all the shit you went through— the longing and hating— Charles could never shake you from him.
“are you thinking ways to poison me in my sleep?” you stir awake to the vibrant of the plane’s turbulence, eyes fluttering open, you spot Charles greenish blue eyes masked over darkness, but staring into you.
“maybe,” he grumbles in response.
sitting upward, you glance down at your phone, seeing it’d only been a few hours of rest, “Pierre wouldn’t have it. his only sister dead by Charles.” you yawn and take the opportunity to move closer, your head just barely resting on his thigh.
all movement stopped in his body. like if he were to make a sound or a sudden change you’d resort back to your seat.
your breathing was shallow and even. your eyes flutter close and you find all comfort in him beside you. like you didn’t spend the first hour in agony over this seating arrangement.
Charles knew that whatever was rummaging through his mind about you Pierre wouldn’t like, and that was enough to force his eyes shut and relax under your touch against his legs.
HOUR TEN
two hours to go.
breakfast was being served and Charles was starving. you were taking your time to butter your biscuit, carefully having plucked his butter as extra, he waited impatiently for your knife.
“for the love of god,” he muttered taking the plasticware out of your hand and beginning to cut up his food without giving you a spare thought.
“patience has never been a virtue for you has it?” you snatch the knife back with a low growl and continue working butter onto the warm biscuit while carefully taking bites.
the flight made you appreciate a few things: 1. You and charles had much more of a friendship besides sexual encounter 2. while Charles was still a dick, you appreciated his humor to keep you sane throughout 12 hours.
“what’s your first time in Tokyo?” you ask.
“a comfortable bed, what about you?”
you nod in agreement ready to even out the kinks you’d formed in your neck, “same.”
“I was thinking,” Charles says, snatching the knife from your hand again, this time only to grab your attention from your breakfast, “do you maybe want to travel around Japan with me?”
shock waves ripple down your spine. you hadn’t done much together in broad daylight— at least nothing acceptable for the sun to see— it would be the first time you and Charles do something appropriate without Pierre involved.
“you’re really missing joris’ company that much?”
he scoffs at your response, “what if I just want to be with you and your shitty remarks? ever think about that?”
butterflies attempt to swarm out your stomach, but you refuse to let them slip. you couldn’t fall for Charles again, mistakes of the past were made, but you could change the future.
“and what do I get out of it?”
“food and great company. just friends,” he smiles taking the quick chance to reach over and eat the last of your biscuit in your hand, “and a new one of these.”
exhaling a long sigh, you lean back against the uncomfortable seat, “fine. but you owe me a biscuit.”
“not if I choke on it first.”

****** Magickal Laws Regarding Successful Evocation of Devils and Demons ******
1 Suspend “non-belief” during Ritual. Fantasy is essential to successful Ritual.

2 Suspend “non-belief” while applying Outer Magickal Art/suggestion, etc. The catalyst, in
most instances, to realizing one’s ritualized desires lies with the application of positive or
negative fantasy; created situations; the use of what is commonly known as
“superstition”.
3 The Devil and demons were created and have been re-created by Man throughout
history. The Devil and/or demons are re-created through ritual and Outer Magickal Art;
in all other instances, our doctrine maintains a stance of non-belief, i.e., Book I: The
Denouncement of Theism.

The Pact Of Satan
Membership with most elite organizations or private societies usually require an initiation rite and/or formal membership document which is signed by the initiate. This tends to be true (though in varying forms) also with regard to Satanic organizations and “realms”.
Historically speaking, Black Arts practitioners seeking Satanic alliance would call up a demon, or Satan Himself, to make a Pact in exchange for power of various sorts instead of joining a “Satanic group”. Moreover, hundreds of years ago, such groups weren’t “open” or well-known, now were “Devil’s books” readily available to the general public through “retailers”, as any kind of “Satanic” worship was considered a crime punishable by death. Thank the Devil and Enlightenment for our freedom from some of “God’s” religio/social injustices; anyone can now enter into union with the Devil without being “completely” criminalized!
The Pact of Satan is synonymous with the Xian rites of baptism as a purification device, whereas the Xian baptism is performed to symbolically cleanse the initiate of “original sin”, the Pact of Satan represents the initiate’s willful rejection of the belief in the existence of deities, and a rejection of the widespread Xian doctrines of deceit.
Ultimately the pact serves as a greeting and acceptance into Satan’s world of Darkness.
Special note regarding solitary Satanists: making a pact with Satan is not necessary to
successfully practice the Black Arts. The Pact of Satan ritual is geared to individuals who prefer to further formalize their dedication in a group setting.
Requirements for performance The standard altar articles are employed in the customary manner in addition to the initiate’s Pact articles (which sit upon a small table to the immediate right of the altar) which consists of: one Satanagram pendant, a black robe, two Pact of Satan contracts (one for the initiate and one for the priest who represents the Devil’s emissary) and a pre-arranged Satanic (magickal) name chose by the initiate.
Attendance requirements: the priest performing the rite, an assistant and the initiate. The priest and his assistant are garbed in the customary manner. The initiate wears a silver (gray is acceptable) robe.
-31-
The Pact of Satan
1 The celebrant grasps the Bell of Commencement and opens the Gates of Pandemonium.
2 The celebrant grasps the Sword of Satan and evokes the Dark Lords from the five points
of the Pentagonia:
BE PRESENT SATAN, GREAT ADVERSARY OF JEHOVAH!
BE PRESENT BELIAL, GREAT PRINCE OF THE WICKED!
BE PRESENT LEVIATHAN, GREAT SERPENT OF THE INFERNAL SEAS!
BE PRESENT BEELZEBUB, GREAT LORD OF THE FLIES!
BE PRESENT LUCIFER, GREAT MORNING STAR AND LIGHT-BRINGER!
3 All participants face the Satanagram as the celebrant recites the Invocation to Lucifer:
O LUCIFER, PRIDEFUL MORNING STAR, SUPREME IN BEAUTY AND POWER,
HEAR ME! GRANT HIM (HER), THIS ENLIGHTENED FALLEN ANGEL—EXODUS
FROM THE HEAVENLY ABYSS OF SLAVERY AND THE TYRANT KING—THE
KNOWLEDGE AND WILL OF YOUR DARK SOUL, SATAN! DARK CREATOR OF THE
ANGLES OF DARKNESS, HEREIN WE THE DARK SOULS DWELL! GUIDE AND
EMPOWER HIM (HER) NOW AND FOREVERMORE! IN LUCIFERI HONOS!
4 All drink from the Chalice of Change (the celebrant, then his assistant, and finally the
initiate).
5 The celebrant recites the Pact of Oration which the initiate repeats after him:
LUCIFER—LORD OF MY DARK SOUL, I (common or Xian name) DO HEREBY
RENOUNCE GOD, JESUS THE NAZARENE, XIANITY AND MY FORMER BAPTISM,
FOR I AM OF THE EARTH, DARKNESS, AND THE POWERS OF THE INFERNAL
ONE! ACCEPT ME AS YOUR EVIL ALLY BY THIS NAME, (Satanic name)! IN
LUCIFERI HONOS!
6 The celebrant presents the two Pacts of Satan to the initiate for signing.
7 The assistant removes the silver robe from the initiate who then dons the black robe.
8 The celebrant bestows the Satanagram pendant upon the initiate while saying:
WELCOME (Satanic name), BROTHER (SISTER) OF DARKNESS!
9 All turn to face the Satanagram as the celebrant finalizes the rite with the words:
IN SATANICUS HONOS!

The Ritual Of Antichrist
THE SIGIL OF ANTICHRIST
If you truly have a Darkness to your soul then this ritual will be both inspiring and self-fulfilling. However, by the same token, if you’re attempting to become something you’re not, it can bring forth a demon of self-destruction. Therefore, know thyself!
The Main Focus of this Ritual
1 To purge any residual Xian influence from the essence of the celebrant’s Being.
2 To cause the essential Darkness of the celebrant to grow, thus expanding the Sixth Sense.
3 To strengthen the Will to oppose the Xian doctrines.
The ritual represents the Forces of Darkness and their emergence in the Age of Evil. During the ritual, both elements of Good and Evil are present. Evil is the most active force (excepting Nature) in existence on this planet. It is a force far superior and dominant in its nature than is goodness. This should be obvious to anyone who is aware of Man’s history and today’s socioreligious climate. Xianity always has been, and always will be, a static (and I hate to use the word) force. Just as Man is naturally endowed with Earthly instincts and desires so it is with Man’s natural predilection to evil (immorality). People as a whole, and as individuals, need to stop cheating themselves and learn to live not in the imaginary shadow of a non-existent god.
There is no time for guilt regarding sin; there is no time for paying the church for regular guilt inducement; there is no time for soiling one’s knees for the sake of appeasing an imaginary, antithetical god! There is no time for acknowledging a god who has never lived, but certainly has died!
My fellow Satanists, the Age of Evil has arrived. Our Age—for times and times eternally. Read and understand! Practice and BECOME!
-34-
Requirements for performance
With the exception of the burning charcoal contained in the brazier, the Ritual of Antichrist
begins in complete darkness, which symbolizes the arrival of the Age of Evil. The Age when the Wicked will plunge Man and the Earth into Eternal Darkness!
The Sigil of Antichrist represents the warrior spirit of the Beast 666. The cross, of course, is
associated with the Nazarene and his teachings; the inversion of such is the symbolic
renunciation and antithesis of his religious philosophy. The lightning bolt represents the Will and Power and the cruel wrath of Antichrist. The 666 is of course, the accepted numerical symbol of Antichrist.
Ultimately, the Sigil of Antichrist is the symbol of religious revelation and anarchy—of things to come! The sigil replaces the Satanagram as the altarpiece above the altar.
Six black candles are employed as this symbolizes the singular aspect of the number of the Beast and the Sixth Sense of all antichrists. Regarding placement, five of the six candles rest upon the points of the Angles of the Pentagonia on the floor before the altar. A single black candle endowed with the Spirit of Antichrist rests in the center of the altar, directly beneath the Sigil. Ignited charcoal in a large brazier represents Hell’s flaming Pit—from which the Grand Conjuration and subsequent release of the Devils of Evilution symbolize the forces of the developing religious war between Xians and us. The brazier is placed at the left side of the altar.
The function of the Xian Bible in this ritual is two-fold: first, it is employed as a sacrifice; the celebrant tears seven leaves from its binding and casts them into the Pit to suffer destruction and damnation. The second part involves the recital of its Antichrist disclosure: Revelation 13.
The Bible is placed in front of the brazier.
Conjuration saltes are more commonly known as “flash powder”. They are employed to
emphasize evocation. A small vessel of the saltes is placed next to the brazier.
The skull is placed on the altar between the Candle of Antichrist and the Sword of Satan. The thurible burns an Earthy scent which is most pleasing to the celebrant: it is placed at the rightrear area of the altar. The Chalice of Change with its emotion-stimulating elixor is placed directly in front of the thurible. The Sword of Satan occupies its customary position, which is at the forepart of the altar.
The essence of this ritual dictates that its accompanying music would be of a supremely
triumphant nature.
-35-
The Ritual of Antichrist
1 In the darkness, the celebrant faces the Sigil of Antichrist as he recites the Invocation of
Antichrist:
IN THE NAME OF BELIAL I INVOKE YOU—SPIRIT OF ANTICHRIST—COME
FORTH! FOR I AM THE FIRST, AND MANY WILL FOLLOW! IN THE SPIRIT OF THE
BEAST, COME FORTH—FOR I AM THE SAME, AND THE FAITHFUL ARE FEARFUL!
IN RECOGNITION OF THE NUMBER, COME FORTH—FOR THE CONQUEST HAS
BEGUN!
2 The celebrant stoops to light each candle of the Pentagonia. After lighting the first, he
evokes:
FROM THE ANGLE OF SATAN, I CONJURE THE FIRES OF EVIL!
After lighting the second, he evokes:
FROM THE ANGLE OF BELIAL, I CONJURE THE LANDS OF EVIL!
After lighting the third, he evokes:
FROM THE ANGLE OF LEVIATHAN, I CONJURE THE SEAS OF EVIL!
After lighting the fourth, he evokes:
FROM THE ANGLE OF BEELZEBUB, I CONJURE THE SKIES OF EVIL!
After lighting the fifth, he evokes:
FROM THE ANGLE OF LUCIFER, I CONJURE THE RACE OF EVIL!
The celebrant lights the Candle of Antichrist and intones:
I CONJURE THE WILL OF THE GREAT BEAST—ANTICHRIST!
Immediately following each of the six avocations, the celebrant tosses a small amount of
conjuration saltes into the candle flames.
3 The celebrant (and all participants) drink from the Chalice of Change.
4 The celebrant grasps the Sword of Satan and points it towards the Sigil of Antichrist
while reciting the Conjuration of Darkness—666:
SATAN—IN YOUR MOST UNHOLY NAME, HEAR ME! OUR TIMES—THE AGE OF
EVIL AND ITS CREATIVE SPIRIT OF ANTICHRIST HAS COME! I AM THE
REVERENT ONE—A BEAST BORN OF THE EARTH AND THE INFERNAL KINGDOM!
I AM THE CONVEYOR OF WISDOM AND FOLLY! I AM THE BESTOWER OF
STRENGTH AND WEAKNESS! I AM THE PUBLISHER OF ALIENATION AND UNITY!
I AM THE CREATOR OF LIFE AND DEATH! I AM THE SAVIOR OF MAN AND THE
DESTROYER OF THE NAZARENE! I AM THE SOUL OF DARKNESS—A BLACK
-36-
BEACON OF INFERNAL LIGHT TO THE WORTHY, AND A SIGN OF DOOM TO THE
LAMBS! I AM THE WILL, THE PURPOSE AND THE FIGHT! I AM ANTICHRIST!
5 The Holy Sacrifice.
6 The celebrant faces the Sigil of Antichrist and recites the biblical passage, Revelation 13:
1-18.
7 The Evocation and release of the Devils of Evilution. The celebrant grasps the Sword of
Satan and steadies the point of the blade in the Flame of Antichrist as he evokes the
Devils of Evilution thus:
PAN, COME FORTH AND SMEAR THE EARTH WITH YOUR DOCTRINES OF
CARNALITY!
FENRIS, COME FORTH AND FREE THE BEAST TO WAGE THE WAR!
LEVIATHAN, COME FORTH TO FILL THE MINDS OF MEN WITH THE WISDOM OF
EVIL!
DIABOLUS, COME FORTH TO JUDGE AND IMPRISON THE LAMBS OF THE
NAZARENE!
SET, COME FORTH TO DESTROY THE XIAN FAITH AND ITS MASSES!
The sword is replaced on the altar.
8 The celebrant closes the rite by dousing the smoldering charcoal with a plentiful amount
of conjuration saltes.

EL WOOWOO! Hello everyone. Thank you @that-disabled-princess, @blackberrysummerblog, @bitbybitwrites and @artsyunderstudy for tagging me in the past week and a half or so. I didn't post anything cause I was sorta off-the-grid on the other side of the world. Okay, not really, cause all of Bali thrives on data roaming, but I was barely on social media during my vacation.
I actually planned on reading fic during my trip, but my sister (who I was visiting) had a jam-packed programme and I didn't have time to read. And during the flights I was too tired and afraid (I'm scared of flying) BUT as the banner says, I have read fic!
Ire @urban-sith posted a new deathcember fic and and one will bring his fall. As the term DEATHcember implies, everyone dies in this series! This is the grand finale where both Simon and Baz die. As the summary says: "Things are worse than they should be." and as my comment says: "IRE WHAT THE FUCK HOLY SHIT!!!!! YEAAAAHHH". I am not always the biggest MCD fan (Major Character Death, not Matt Christopher Davis, I do love him.), but GOD I do love angst at times and also, the ending with the Veil thing... yeah.... good shit.
And I also read all of the @carryonpicturebook fics! There are so many people who worked on this, I cannot fit them all here, so I'll direct you to the credits page. It's all the stories before Carry On, based on the "original" Simon Snow series by Gemma T. Leslie. I loved it a lot and as the "picture book" aspect implies: it's illustrated! It is so well done.
So yeah, that's it for now! Bye bye.
And now, the Dutch weather: it sucks, especially after spending time in Indonesia where it was "cold" for the locals. It was 30 C there. @quizasvivamos @coffeegleek @caramelcoffeeaddict @raenestee @tectonicduck @nightimedreamersworld @urban-sith @you-remind-me-of-the-babe @bookish-bogwitch @confused-bi-queer @special-bc-ur-part-of-it @larkral @cutestkilla @wellbelesbian @facewithoutheart @shrekgogurt @rockitmans @whatevertheweather @theotherhufflepuff @shame-is-a-wasted-emotion @esilher @kurtsascot @nightimedreamersghost @ivelovedhimthroughworse @thnxforknowingme

Explore Bali with Ease: The Benefits of Car Hire with Driver
Bali, known for its stunning landscapes, rich culture, and vibrant traditions, is a paradise waiting to be explored. While many tourists flock to the popular attractions, the best way to experience the island is by hiring a car with a driver. Here’s why this option is the perfect choice for your Bali adventure.
Convenience and Comfort
One of the main advantages of hiring a car with a driver is the convenience it offers. After a long flight, navigating unfamiliar roads can be stressful. With a local driver, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the stunning scenery without worrying about directions or traffic. This comfort allows you to focus on what truly matters: enjoying your holiday.
Local Expertise
When you hire a car with a driver, you gain access to the knowledge and expertise of a local guide. Your driver can share insights about Bali's culture, history, and hidden gems, providing a richer experience than you would get with a typical guidebook. Whether it’s recommending the best local restaurants or suggesting off-the-beaten-path attractions, your driver can enhance your Bali experience significantly.
Flexibility and Freedom
Hiring a car with a driver gives you the freedom to create your own itinerary. Unlike group tours, which often adhere to strict schedules, you can explore at your own pace. Want to spend an extra hour at a breathtaking temple or take a spontaneous detour to a picturesque beach? With a private driver, the choice is yours. This flexibility allows you to truly immerse yourself in the beauty of Bali.
Cost-Effective for Groups
If you’re traveling with family or friends, hiring a car with a driver can be a cost-effective option. Splitting the cost among multiple passengers can make this service more affordable than individual transportation or guided tours. Plus, the added comfort and convenience of traveling together enhance the overall experience.
Conclusion
Whether you’re planning to explore the lush rice terraces of Ubud, visit the iconic temples of Tanah Lot, or relax on the stunning beaches of Seminyak, hiring a car with a driver is the ideal way to navigate Bali. With convenience, local expertise, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness, this option allows you to experience the best of the island in style. Make your Bali trip unforgettable by choosing the comfort of a private car with a driver!
