first time traveling on the gurgaon bus system (no I will not recognise them renaming it gurugram or whatever the fuck), I do not like it, I do not want yet another proprietary app on my phone for ticketing, the app is shit btw, the bus stops (which are more prevalent than in the DTC) are dog shit: unlit, unmaintained, straight out of urban horror stories.

They would get bonus points for using JBM buses, but all of them are 12 meter JBM low floor citylife buses which I like, but they have this darker blue livery than the one DIMTS operates in Delhi, which makes them look ugly and the buses dont exactly stand out after dawn, though might I have been a specific issue with me and my first interaction. Pretty sure they got those because the DIMTS already had them, also switch to electric the EcoLife buses exist for a reason!!!!! VersGurgaon when?

Other than that they are more expensive, and make tickets be memorabilia not fucking thermally printed receipts.

Also, on my first ride, my ticket got checked, I literally have never even heard of tickets being checked on the DTC fare evasion should be a thing (kinda serious)
