I mean, as long as FE Jugdral stays this niche thing, all the "other race cannot rule over us because they are different and non humans" + khalidstans in general are kept away from Jugdral, and they cannot ruin the experience for anyone who wants to play or anyone interested.

OTOH, from the small things we know, this new Fodlan episode is centered on everything I do not give a fuck about, like, I won't say I won't buy it because no Rhea, but a weird AU where Edel still attacks the monastery, centered on Billy and Worst Mom?

Yes, I am disappointed, but I don't know what pisses me more, the fact IS (and KT) bank on their failure of a game (as in, it talks about the less interesting parts of Fodlan because unless you really believe the CoS is the catholic church or something, Edel's war is just the story of someone who thought she was in control until she wasn't - unless tru piss), or they seriously think Worst Mom is some sort of mascot that makes thing sell, or just... adding new OCs to flesh out the Agarthans... so many people care about?

I am seriously not expecting anything else out from Fodlan (my hopes for a dev book or a databook were crushed) bar from Heroes and normal!Rhea + kid being released one day and the highly presumptive 'maybe they'll bring mythic macuil'n'indech one day?'.

Idk how i should compare it, but FE16, and FE16W to me are the "what if we made a game focused on the black fang during the Elibe saga", completely avoiding the "and there are dragons who aren't bad but damn we warred against them in the past? Can we live together or is it impossible?" subplot.
