Idk what moveset Iron Gallant has, but AI Sada's final mon Roaring Moon, a Dragon/Dark type, had Earthquake. I feel like Game Freak knew people would most likely have Tinkaton as their fairy type and gave Roaring Moon a ground type move specifically to counter that. Can't oneshot with play rough if she dies in one turn
