If Marvel has a bajillion gazillion multiverses, then surely there's a universe where Nova (Frankie Raye) and Silver Surfer (Norrin Radd) took those flirtations they constantly had in the show and the comics and moved their relationship up a notch or two.

Things with Avengers/the Kree/Galacticus/Howard the Duck/OP's mom/who knows happen, and before you know it, they've got the option of being human again.

Frankie's back to working at the UN and Norrin charmed Tony Stark so damn much that Iron Man himself hired him as an intergalactic consultant.

Now the two live in Manhattan in a nice place near Central Park, where they moonlight as Lululemon models, lol.

Folks, I cooked this up many years ago when I was 12 and watching Silver Surfer on FOX Kids. I actually cried when Nova was killed in front of Silver Surfer. I just wanted them to have a sweet, happy ending.

So now, 27 years later....I drew it, and put it out there.

(I wish I could go back in time to my 12-year-old undiagnosed neurodivergent self sobbing into a Slurpee at 7/11 over a dead comic book character and scaring the hell out of her poor grandma and brothers and tell her, "IN A FEW YEARS TIME, YOU'RE GONNA BE LIVING IN A HOUSE YOU OWN, WORK WILL GIVE YOU AN IPAD TO USE AND YOU CAN MAKE UP YOUR OWN REALITY NO MATTER WHAT DWEEBS ON THE INTERNET SAY!" and all will be well).

I say all this as I pump myself up for a volunteer board meeting I don't wanna go to and an overcrowded children's museum I REALLY don't want to go to but I need to get my insane kids and their exhausted dad out somehow!
