The loud knocking didn’t startle you. It was in a flurry of unrhythmic fast knocks; something kami found hilarious for some reason. You shut your book and headed to the door, yanking it open as he quite literally fell onto you. ‘Really? A new low; falling for me literally?’ You tease as you catch him.

‘Oh shut up’ he grumbled as he followed you to the kitchen, pouring himself a glass of water. But before he could take a sip a pillow went straight for his face.

Time went past in a blur. It always did with him. You sat up gasping, remembering you’re meant to be rich. You half drag half carry denki to the couch, the usually clean room now a mess of pillows and things being thrown around. ‘Sit up already! You’re going to owe me that hundred bucks’ when he didn’t move you kicked his side in protest

You watched satisfied as he withered in pain but eventually got up, already protesting, ‘No I literally promise on bakugos life that the documentary said it I promise!’ You raised an eyebrow ‘yeah? Let’s find out then, and since you ain’t gon give me Kats life you gotta double the money’

The next couple of minutes were spent in silence, except for the angry smashing of keys and whispered arguments about which documentary it was

‘Look! It’s that one! I remember that hot girl was in it’ kami exclaimed, you couldn’t help but snigger as you clicked it ‘what you find other girls hot? I ain’t enough?’ He side eyed you.

You burst into laughter and he started at the screen dumbfounded. He started shoving a pillow into your face, trying to drown out your gleeful laughter (but not really he loved your laugh)

Turns out the documentary was a comedy. And now you were $100 $200 richer.

it’s okay. i’m here. — denki/m.reader.

it had been twenty minutes since denki had taken permission from aizawa to go the bathroom. it wasn’t unlike him to try and skip class, but not aizawa’s class. every class except aizawa’s class, actually. it was getting worrisome.

after inquiring from their friend group if y/n’s worry about his best friend was misplaced and anxious, they all agreed that he should go and check where he is. mostly so he wouldn’t get into trouble, but also since they were concerned. (even bakugo)

he walked up to aizawa and honestly told him about his worry to which the teacher instantly told him to go. walking through the halls, y/n couldn’t help but feel his heart ache in apprehension.

y/n walked through the hallways that he knew denki could be at. he couldn’t find him. he pushed the doors of the bathroom, “denks? are you here?” his voice echoed through the grandiose empty bathroom.

“y/n?” the boy’s eyes widened at his best friend’s voice. it sounded raspy, rough and scared. y/n walked in more until he found the stall denki sat at. he sat on the floor, which would be gross but UA kept their hygiene well.

y/n cupped denki’s face, pushing the golden blond hair that stuck to his forehead. he tried to examine his face to understand what had happened. his usually bright face was flushed red and stained with tears, his breath was heavy and his body shook so much that y/n pulled him into a tight hug in hopes of calming him down.

“it’s okay, it’s okay. i’m here.” y/n replayed the words in a mantra of echoes. this has been happening way too often. denki has been getting so many panic attacks, it was actually getting so concerning.

“what happened, mm?” y/n’s voice was low, his mouth close to denki’s ear. the other boy only hugged y/n closer, his arms around y/n’s neck and almost fully sitting at y/n’s lap. “i just.. people being mean is getting into my head.”

“people being mean?”

“as a joke. it’s funny sometimes, but i.. i’m not that dumb, right?”

y/n pulled away to look at denki’s face. it was a mixture of anger and sadness that filled y/n’s aura. he wiped the tears of off denki’s face, wiping away with his thumb under his eyes and his cheeks. he looked into the boy’s yellow eyes,

“you’re not dumb at all. if you were, you wouldn’t be a student of UA. whoever said that is a fucking moron. you’re smart in ways that many people aren’t. you’re capable of being so good and kind, that’s smartness that doesn’t come easily to many people. getting good grades isn’t the golden ticket to the world. i love you, remember that.”

denki chuckled, “stop. don’t say that. what if someone comes in and hears you saying that?” he finally smiled. y/n pinched his cheeks, “as if people believe the lie of us being just best friends.” he kissed denki’s forehead and helped him wash his face, took him to class where he was energetic and happy again.

y/n sat next to bakugo, “hey, ‘need your help in something.” the blond laughed, “god. who are we going to scare for the sake of your boyfriend this time?” he said, tearing off his jacket in readiness.

"Don't go thinking where equals either!" Bakugou is stubborn he will eventually start to talk to you more about it though just give the angry Pomeranian some time.

He would probably take you out on a date seeing as you had the same problem it would cause him to eventually be more comfortable with you then with anyone

He thinks your cool he won't admit it out loud well yeah nvm he will no one would believe you anyway

Izuku (Not vigilante)

Lucky for you he knows sign language! He mainly learned it because he felt that bakugou might lose his hearing and he wanted to still talk to his childhood best friend.

But hey he's glad he can use it with other people with the same problem (If you know it)

Talks to you a lot reassurance is key in his mind.

Gives you compliments and would gladly admit out loud that he thinks you're awesome and everyone would believe you ;)

Kirishima

He also would not mind but be would take pity on you.

Anytime bakugou got too loud he would cover your ears not wanting your hearing to get worse.

He also started saving money for hearing aids seeing as he wanted to always talk to you.

He would learn sign language! Probably ask izuku to teach him.

He compliments you and gives you pats on the head while covering your ears since bakugou cannot stop screaming.

He does not recommend sitting at the bakusquad table

Denki

Exactly like kirishima in this situation except he would have a little fun with it.

Such as messing with you about but He is joking keep that in mind.

Sometimes he does take it too far and you don't talk to him.

He would feel horrible and hold you while whispering he's sorry and he would live with the guilt forever

He still jokes but keeps them small now scared of hurting your feelings.

Someone bullied and yelled at you because of it? That's okay he'll kiss your forehead and make all the bad thoughts go away.

As class president he makes sure no one bothers you about if they do they Will get a very long lecture

Doesn't really do PDA as it's against the rules but if you really are feeling bad he would gladly hug you and no kisses but you'll get some in private.

He knows sign language Incase your hearing goes out claiming it is unfit of him if he doesn't know it.

Make sure that your school time goes smoothly and when you're alone in your dorm the class president phase goes away and he'll hold you and everything.

He is not good with feelings but he doesn't mind your situation. Someone messes with you?

Easy he glares till they go away

If you're upset he'll give you an awkward hug before offering some of his cold soba ♥️

It was well past midnight when you were awoken by a blood curdling screech from the room across from you. Now, to anyone else, that would be enough to feel a surge of panic and worry for their neighbor, you however were used to it.. When you dorm neighbor is the one and only Denki Kaminari you kind of have to get used to random loud noises.

You opted to just ignore it and were about to fall back asleep when the blonde let out another yell, followed by a crash. Groaning in response, you decided to roll out of your warm, comfortable bed to see what his issue was.

Padding across the chilled floor of the hall, you rapped your knuckles against the hard wood of the door three times.

After a few heart beats of silence the door cracked open and revealed the terrified face of one of your best friends and long-time crush. As soon as he locked eyes with you, Denki pulled you into his room, rambling about how "he needs help" and "don't let the blood thirsty beast kill him."

Confused as you were it didn't take long for you to figure out the problem; as soon as you were in and the door was shut, you heard a tiny screech followed by you getting dive-bombed by something small and furry. Kaminari screamed and pressed himself into the farthest corner of the room from the tiny bat.

Crouching yourself, you proceeded to calmly and quietly ask Denki why there was a bat wrecking havoc in his room.

"Denki Fucking Kaminari! How the fuck did a-" you yelp as the thing made another move to take your head off "-bat get in your room!?"

"I DON'T KNOW! YOU THINK I SPEAK BAT! I JUST GOT BACK FROM EXTRA TRAINING!"

Letting out an exasperated breath you look around his room to try to find something to help get rid of the animal. Spotting his blanket in the floor you had an idea.

"Denki, grab the other end of the blanket so we can catch this thing!"

"What- No! No way, I'm not getting near that thing!"

Slowly making your way to the door you shrug and say, "Then I guess you have a new roommate. Good luck!"

Almost immediately his eyes go wide and he quickly agrees to help you catch the creature.

It took a few tries, but you guys eventually caught the bat and went to the window to free it, only to find it open already.

"Guess that explains how it got in.." you say opening the cloth and watching the little bat fly into the night sky.

Denki grimaces a bit at that.

"Heh.. yeah, oops.. Thanks for helping me, man.. I didn't even know I was scared of bats, guess you learn something new everyday.."

"Consider yourself lucky, if you were anyone else I would've left you to fend for yourself. Be glad I like you." You turn to leave before freezing as you realize what you just said.

"You like me? Like, actually like me?"

Deciding it's now or never, you try steel yourself and turn to face the lightning wielder.

You sigh and avert your eyes to the floor, "Yeah.. For a while now, honestly, but I didn't know how you felt so I kept it to myself.. if you want to stop being friends I understand.. I'm sorry.."

He lets out a chuckle, "Well, I mean.. in way, I guess I do wanna stop, but-" he steps closer and lifts your head up with a finger. "-that's because... I wanna ruin our friendship,"

Denki leans in, "We should be lovers instead.." He crashes his lips on to yours.

(Name) was an absolute precious little guy, always following one of his dad's when he could and trying to help in the best way he could with such little hands as the two adults tried to include him in their day to day, currently on maternity leave to acclimate (name) better.

"Yaaay! Good job!" Kirishima congratulated (name) as the babe put his plastic bowl in the dishwasher, (name) beaming at this and hugged his dad's neck for comfort "were getting ready to meet some people, they're your aunt's and uncles and are very excited to meet you" when their friends learned if their tiny pup they practically exploded with excitement, mina taking everything within herself to not bust down that door to see the pup.

(Name) held the Dynamite toy close, either that or an old sweater of Kirishimas that the babe saught comfort from, a quick Google search showed Omegan pups saught comfort from their parents items it was early stages of a familial bond settling in.

Bakugo was the one to collect the little one after his nap, the aunts and uncles sitting in the livingroom to meet him "hey squirt, it's time to wake up" they changed the crib to a toddler bed when (name) tried climbing out, the little one starfished with a cute pair of pajamas on "nnh" the boy grunted as Katsuki huffed and gently lifted him "come on you" the boy nuzzling into his dad's shirt as he was brought out to the livingroom "(name), can you say hi?" Katsuki was surprisingly soft with the pup who looked confused and face had marks from the sheets "awww he's so little!" Mina gushed as she stood up and (name) clung to his dad nervously "slowly mina, he's shy" Eijiro said watching his sons movements.

The itty bitty pup looked nervous as Katsuki spoke to him "this is your aunt, she's a bit annoying but she's not gonna hurt you"

Carefully he set (name) down, the boy fidgeting before running to his other dad for protection, the redhead holding his stuffed doll "awww he has a dynamite toy!" Ochaco cooed and they watched (name).

Eventually everyone began chatting and (name) grew more comfortable and began wandering around as he normally did as he noticed the snacks on the table, things the others brought "oh look he's staring at the (treat)" denki snicked as the babe reached out and grabbed a handful, little hands getting messy in the process "well at least he likes it" Momo said as the dad's looked at each other and Katsuki cleaned him up and Eijiro got the boy a small serving "so how's being a parent?" Iida asked as he sipped his tea, glancing at the pup "he keeps trying to make nests everywhere, we don't think he knows what he's doing though" Eijiro chuckled as he let (name) get comfortable in his lap.

Later on came his former teachers + Eri and Shinsou, the two tagging along.

Katsuki saw the two as his own parents, his real parents and him had.. a hard relationship.

His mom and him never got along and when he showed up with Eiji... That went bad fast, he was seventeen at that point.

He hadnt even graduated yet.

His dad loved him but being an Omega, he couldn't really go against his alphas word but did send letters to him in secret.

After that Aizawa stepped up, using his custody over Bakugo and taking care of him and by proxy so did Yamada, the men treating him like a son.

"Hi little listener" Yamada was soft with the pup as Aizawa looked at the two fondly, Eri chatting with kirishima about her classes and her plans to join U.A under recommendations by not one but multiple heroes.

"Oh? Thanks..." Shinsou was awkward around children and when (name) handed him a Cheeto he wasn't expecting it to be so...soggy "you don't gotta eat that, just walk to the kitchen and toss it" kirishima whispered and the other man nodded and did so.

"Hello there" little (name) reached to the black haired man who had the forethought to have his hair put up "you can smell I'm an Omega" Aizawa smiled softly as (name) sniffed his face and bounced slightly "omegas feel calm with other omegas" he explained "safety in numbers sort of deal"

(Name) smushed his face, a silly baby attempt at scenting "I think he thinks I'm apart of his pack"

"Well you are" Eri said simply and everyone smiled at the interaction.

"Minas gonna be pissed that he's getting this and she's not"

When everyone left, (name) was tuckered out "he sure enjoyed those snacks"

"He's so sleepy" kirishima gently traced the boys face "let's get him to bed yeah?"
