*EXTREME SIDE EYE @ my current health and wellness and fitness kick* are you actually me trying to take care of my body or are you that eating disorder I have been trying to avoid my whole life *grabbing it by the neck and shaking* ANSWER ME

#desire to eat more proteins fruits and veggies: good and healthy #desire to cut back on salt and sugar: good and healthy and comes from worry about family history of high bp and diabetes #so good job wanting to look out for future me!#desire to workout and get muscles and strong joints and maybe learn to fight: good and healthy for my body and brain!#vague thoughts of tracking calories/macros and knowledge that to lose weight I need to be in a calorie deficit: you can stay for now....#but you are on thin fucking ice. as long as it stays a general idea and not a strict practice i will let you live #demon of wanting to be skinny shouting 'STARVE YOURSELF': BEGONE EVIL I AM HITTING YOU WITH A THOUSAND BROOMSTICKS LEAVE ME ALONE
