Private Labeling
To understand this, let's see an example. In a scenario when you want to sell a product and have the idea, but you don’t have the capital. In that case, private labeling is the answer. Here, you can hire a company that will curate the product for you and either take the help of a third party like Amazon for fulfillment or directly ship it to you.
White Labeling
This is very similar to private labeling. The only difference is that the product here is not built based entirely on the specifications you provide. Instead, you will have to make it with the product that some other company is already selling, but you will be able to sell it after putting a custom label on it. This type of business is mostly seen in the beauty and health industries.
