spicy cucumber salad is so addictive that shit needs to come with a warning
#made it with a really big cucumber bc i wanted to save some for tomorrow#but then ate the whole container in one sitting and still want more#i swapped out the chili oil for a ton of nanami togarashi and some extra sesame oil#and the chili ginger nori and yuzu flavor the nanami togarashi adds to the salad is SO nice#god it's so good but are we surprised. the humble cucumber has never betrayed me <3 ＃cucumberlove#def gonna try this salad mixed with cold noodles when it's not almost midnight lmao#x
