Yeah no, Jack and Maddie Fenton aren't good parents or good people and you can't, and won't, change my mind.
#rhys-ravenfeather signing on#danny phantom#dp#rewatched forever phantom again today and seriously--these two...#and don't tell me 'well they accepted danny when they found out in the end!'#because they spend 99% OF THE SERIES basically committing van helsing hate crimes#and so VEHEMENTLY in their hatred of ghosts#they pointed blasters AT THEIR OWN SON over and over again#and even the ONE TIME their ghost racism was thrown back in their faces that was retconned with an almost literal reset#i.e. the reality gauntlet#danny phantom could literally SAVE JACK AND/OR MADDIE'S LIVES and they'd STILL point their weapons at him#even if they didn't know that HE'S THEIR SON he's still A KID#but because he's a 'ghooooooooooooooooost!'#that makes it perfectly okay for them to try disassembling him molecule by molecule for some reason -___-#i hate them
