Positivity in Bodybuilding
In my own personal respond i would say bodybuilding has so much positivity to it and it’s not just good for your muscles and building an overall frame for you, it also comes with good health choices once you get into it, you start realizing the good benefits into it and start realizing that even your body feels a lot much better as well. One of the good health benefits it comes with is that it releases less heart stress to you and it also shows you that it reduces high blood pressure, the chance of obesity, and to having a high cholesterol. It just doesn’t fix your health and physical performances, but it also helps with your mental wealth. People use bodybuilding not just for health reduction, but also for mental help because when people are doing there workout and aerobatic exercises it helps them release there stress from everything they are doing and also helps with anxiety and depression. I know a lot of people with Anxiety and Depression and when i talked to them on how bodybuilding helps them with there problems they told that when they workout, they don’t focus on anything else besides the workout and how they can finish even harder the next so by the way i’m seeing is that they don’t focus on anything, don’t think about thing or anyone while working out since it’s there escape out of depression and anxiety. My friends depression and they have told me that bodybuilding helps them escape from it since they don’t focus on anything else. It builds a higher self-stem for those people so they can grow better from it. Other things it helps out on is your nutrition, for those people who been trying to find a source on how to eat and what to eat, bodybuilding can be your result because it is important what you put into your body and once you put the right things in it helps out with your thinking and memory. Also helps out for resting a lot more. If you are a person who puts in a lot of time into bodybuilding than your mind while be tired and that just means you won’t have energy for other stuff and well end up getting more rest than a usual person who doesn’t body build. So in conclusion, Bodybuilding comes with a lot of positivity in your life and it’s some things people should try so they can see the life of a healthy, good mental thinking life.
