wow that last ask has got me realising just how much i miss grocery shopping in france </3
#saturday morning grab a metro or walk to the city centre get some good food#you'd get wonderful large baguettes for less than a euro#the carottes râpées#the BAKED GOODS#i'd always buy a baguette and a religieuse and some écalirs and macarons#and ingredients to make ratatouille because i would actually COOK!!!!!! sometimes and it was the meal i was always most excited to prepare#god i miss it all#wow i am so sad now#i need to weep softly on a shoulder over this lol#and then you'd enjoy some WINE that was GOOD for CHEAP#damn i was even drinking champagne because there were cheap ones there that weren't bad to me
