cooking is fun because it's like you can just throw a bunch of shit in a pot and it will probably be fine if you used your brain. can't pull this trick with baking

#currently making something from a recipe for 'korean braised potatoes' and is what i have simmering actually that recipe? not really #but it will still slap. hopefully #did not measure anything except for the water and dont have one of the seasonings and using maple syrup instead of honey. this will be fine #me
