The eldest child of a patriar family in Baldur's Gate, Isidro embodies both the self sacrificing noble dedicating his wealth to the less fortunate, and the rascally firstborn son indulging his privilege with wine, women, and men. Swearing an Oath of Devotion in service of Helm at age 20, Isidro faithfully served as a fervent protector of the weak for over a decade, until his family was murdered and his father taken hostage by rival patriars, secret Banites protected by their dark cult. In his haste to rescue his father and enact vengeance, Isidro broke his oath. Now, stranded in the wilderness with a tadpole behind his eye, Isidro sees his father's life slipping through the hourglass and finds himself pulled between serving his oath as though he never broke it, and leaning into his reckless anger and unholy Oathbreaker powers for the sake of expediency, no matter how much it rips apart his soul.
