Adhd is ridiculous. I procrastinate setting up a dentist appointment then the very second I see what looks like a cavity I stop everything to impulsively make a dentist appointment for the next fucking day.

#covid made me hold off on it since 2020 so I'm overdue #on top of that I struggle to get myself to brush daily #I was doing it but then everyone got sent back home #so in combination with questionably safe sink water that turns things orange from rust #and masks #the habit stopped #and while trying to start it again I found a cavity in the back of my mouth #I don't know if it hurts a tiny bit or if im imagining it but hey we fucked up and the only thing from here is to take care of it #and try to prevent it
