#my boss took a few of us along to a client dinner at this swish place #prices here are inexpensive for moscow standards #but i would still be on a ramen diet for a month if i had to pay #couldn't take any pix while dining with clients #so had to make do with official pix which are much nicer anyway #they specialise in crab and seafood #and mainly serve traditional dishes from former soviet republics #with a twist #many dishes are from the caucasus #like khinkali #which remind me a lot of xiao loong bao #but huge #and kutaby #azerbaijani stuffed pancakes #the crab-shaped cheesecake is adorable #crab-stuffed khinkali was delicious #though i think i still prefer the beef/lamb stuffed ones #КрабыКутабы #хинкали #кутабы #русский язык #ロシア料理 #russian food
