Estudo exclusivo da Mobiauto: quais os SUVs seminovos mais fáceis de revender no mercado nacional

Autotech que é um dos três maiores marketplaces de carros novos e usados do país, a Mobiauto acaba de divulgar um levantamento que retrata um cenário esclarecedor da principal categoria de automóveis do mercado brasileiro: os SUV´s. A proposta foi simples: quais os utilitários-esportivos seminovos mais anunciados e mais acessados da plataforma. Útil aos consumidores que se importam com a facilidade (ou a dificuldade) de comercialização de seus SUV´s, a pesquisa efetuada pela equipe de estatística da Mobiauto é reveladora... para quem vende. Da mesma forma, esse retrato é altamente transparente para quem compra.

A pesquisa cruza dados interessantes: os anúncios versus os acessos de cada SUV seminovo (2023, 2022 e 2021) nos primeiros cinco meses desse ano. No cruzamento entre essas duas grandezas, está a resposta mais importante da pesquisa: qual o SUV mais fácil de vender?

“Entendo que esse levantamento foi bastante meticuloso para esclarecer a relação entre oferta e demanda dos SUV´s seminovos no Brasil. Estou muito orgulhoso do trabalho feito pela equipe”, afirma o economista Sant Clair Castro Jr, consultor automotivo e CEO da Mobiauto.

A pesquisa não só auxilia a orientar compradores, mas também é um instrumento precioso para os vendedores. Ele indica estatisticamente quais os modelos mais fáceis de serem vendidos. Basta comparar os percentuais entre oferta e procura. E cita o caso dos modelos da Toyota como exemplo. Quando se soma os percentuais de anúncios do Toyota SW4, RAV4 e Corolla Cross, nos três anos-modelos que integram a pesquisa, atinge-se um total de somente 0,02% dos anúncios. “Já a soma de percentuais de cliques sobre esses três modelos aponta para 0,49%. Ou seja, isso é matemática simples: para quem está vendendo, o número de concorrentes é baixo e a procura por esses carros é alta. Em outras palavras, os modelos da marca tendem a ser mais fáceis de serem vendidos”, esclarece.

Penjualan mobil hybrid di pasar otomotif nasional makin moncer, terutama pada Juli 2023. Terbukti, berdasarkan data Gabungan Industri Kendaraan Bermotor Indonesia (Gaikindo), secara wholesales atau dari pabrik ke diler, terjadi peningkatan 70,2% pada Juli 2023, dibanding Juni 2023.

Secara detail, pengiriman mobil hybrid pada Juli 2023 mencapai 4.526 unit, sedangkan pada Juni 2023 hanya sebesar 2.658 unit.

Sementara dibandingkan pada Juli 2022, kenaikan mencapai 183 unit, yang didukung dengan banyaknya kehadiran model hybrid baru di Tanah Air.

Secara total, dari Januari hingga Juli 2023, distribusi mobil hybrid ke diler pabrikan, mencapai 15.973 unit dibanding pada periode yang sama tahun lalu yang hanya 1.425 unit. Dari angka tersebut, peningkatan yang terjadi hingga 1.020%.

Dilihat dari kontribusi per model, Toyota Kijang Innova Zenix berkuasa dengan penjualan sebesar 2.680 unit, disusul Toyota Yaris Cross 1.621 unit, dan Toyota Corolla Cross 102 unit.

In July of 2023, OBDSTAR announced an update for Toyota 2022–4A proximity AKL. Subsequently, on August 10th, 2023, they made another announcement about a new update that introduces the 8A-BA 2022- chip type.

Some tools that can program Toyota 8A-BA 2022- chip type are obdstar x300 dp plus, obdstar x300 pro4, key master dp plus, key master 5(Toyota software version V32.83 onwards).

For this update, locksmiths will need Toyota 30 Cable and Key SlM (for all keys lost situations).

The following is an demo of how to Program 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross simulated key (4A Proximity) using Key Master DP Plus, Toyota-30 cable, Key SlM and main cable.

Procedure:

Use the Toyota-30 CABLE to connect the vehicle proximity key and OBD interface

Open Key Master DP Plus>> navigate to main interface, choose “car immo”

Select the corresponding brand model and function menu

Choose “Read Immo Data” and follow the instructions

Then choose “Make Simulated Card(Key SIM)”

Select “TOYOTA_4A_20230801163938.BIN”>> getting key information>>communicating

Main steps:

Step 1: Backup IMMO data

Step 2: Generate emergency key

Step 3: Add smart key

Connect the Toyota FP-30 30PIN Cable with vehicle’s smart box and K518 OBD part

Use the Lonsdor LKE Emulator to test if work or not (it’s not working now)

Then operate on K518 tablet

Tap Immo & Remote>> Test>> Toyota>> PEPS>> 4A (2022- )

Step 1: Backup IMMO data

Make sure the device is connected to WiFi normally

Turn on two flashing lights

Calculating… reading data…

Back up Immo data successfully

Step 2: Generate emergency key

Read the on-screen prompt, and press “OK” to continue

Put the key emulator into the K518 card slot

Load the file just saved to generate

Generate emergency key successfully

Step 3: Add smart key

Use the Lonsdor LKE Smart Key Emulator to turn the ignition on, and enter “Add smart key” function to add new keys.
