 "Loving Me" is a tip of the hat to some of our favorite old school R&B artists like Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, and Sam & Dave. It has a little bit of a Huey Lewis sheen to it. It also showcases Andrew's MIchael Buble & Frank Sinatra vocal influence/inspiration. The song also shows our blues influences coming through in the guitar in the style of John Mayer, BB King, and Eric Clapton. The song itself is an ode to being infatuated with your significant other. It's a song about the early stages of falling in love.

This release shows our R&B, Soul, Blues, Rock, & Pop influences. We don't always write in the style of "Loving Me", so it was fun to step out of our norml recording comfort zone and go for the old school R&B sound while trying to make it sound modern and pop.

We feel the ultimate satisfaction being able to perform and write music.​ This song can also be about the new feeling that you get in a new relationship or in our case when we perform at a new venue.

The message of this song is celebrating the feeling of becoming whole, happy, and new again after tough times. Whatever those tough times may be; relationship-wise, financially, emotionally. We are a songwriting duo from Long Island, NY. "Tell Me How" is about freedom and about being able to do what you want. It's an anthem for being young at heart and doing what you want. Musically, the song has the quintessential singer-songwriter vibe and feel. This song is one of the first songs that we ever wrote 10 years ago. We decided to finally record it. Sometimes you get lucky and write a good song by accident.

'Tell Me How' is an ode to our love for the singer-songwriter style. If a song sounds great on an acoustic guitar, then it will sound great when you bring the band in. This is a song that has a band but was written on and centered around the acoustic guitar. This song has a lot of influence from that Train, Jason Mraz, and early John Mayer sound.
