Third Level Society: First Version

Story Three: Koby Breen

I received word through the Society ticker, called the Ticketer, that a defector within the Physterrian Fleet had begun firing on our ships in the Sea of Marlen. My heart went to my throat when the news first broke, as I thought back to last night's conversation with Phyrran. However, when I joined the quest through my console, I was met immediately with Phyrran's avatar, Brobart.

The defector was apparently Morayndon, played by my good friend, Carl Roberts, who said afterward that he and his band of friends had been plotting this all along. So this was all in good sportmanship for the Society, just a figment of fair dynamics, which can be random at times.

With that being said, his strategy was bad. He had only one ship, but thought he could pull this off because he had Claystormer Bombshells on board. But that requires fuel, so when the rest of the Fleet fired upon him, the fuel tanks exploded and destroyed his ship, forcing his avatar and those of his other friends to have to re-spawn. Morayndon ended up ressurecting all the way in Galacia; and, ironically, my avatar commanded his ship to sail all the way over and pick him up.

All's well that ends well. I decided not to discipline his avatar. Having to ressurect afterward was justice enough for him. And we joked about this over the table at the Slack later on.

On the way back to my residence, Sara Pindroh came to me with a fundraising idea for the Society and its needs. I have no time to write about it now, so I will write when I next get the chance.

i drew the leaders of my fanclans!!

cloudstar is the leader of willowclan and the youngest of the four leaders, though she isn’t the newest one. she’s calm and well-respected across the territories, commanding attention even from cats not apart of her clan even before she was a leader. she comes off as cold to new apprentices more often than not, since she’s rather reserved, but those that know her know she’s kind. she’s the mother of spottedpaw and featherpaw.

palestar is the leader of mapleclan, previously named miststar. she’s the second oldest leader between the four. she enjoys teasing mudstar at gatherings and is generally a bit silly, but she’s also well aware of when to be serious and is a good leader overall. when the apprentice’s den in mapleclan camp caved in during a rainstorm, she gave up her own den for the apprentices and now sleeps amongst the warriors.

mudstar is the leader of pineclan, and the oldest leader of the four. he’s effectively the territories’ santa claus, as he’s friendly and well-liked by everyone. due to his age, he’s a little forgetful and set in his ways, which can cause some tensions with his younger warriors; so when his previous deputy retired, he chose the young warrior doeheart as his new deputy to get more fresh ideas.

claystar is the leader of beechclan, the newest leader of the four, and was previously named rowanstar. he’s eager to prove himself as most new leaders are, but he’s also eager to live up to the previous leader, honeystar’s, peaceful ways. he wasn’t a deputy for much more than a season before honeystar’s sudden death. he also doesn’t get along at all with one of his healers, lostblaze, which causes some problems. many warriors are suspicious of him, though; they were pretty sure honeystar had multiple lives left...
