alrighty jumping in on the billy chat lmao. I completely agree with you that he was terrible and that his past doesn't excuse his behavior, but i think that his character existing and being such an asshole and such was really important for the story. like the character of billy was horrible but the existence of the character was good? idk if this makes sense but the way i see it he had to be a dick for the story. and the people who love the character just because they like the actor need to rephrase their opinions or smth.

I can definitely see your point in saying this for sure and that's valid that you feel that way, but personally, I don't know... Like, I get thinking he had to be the bad boy, total dickhead stereotype for the show, but I would have liked to see some sort of redemption arc for him if anything and we just... didn't get it. He just turns into one of the main antagonists in s3 by being possessed by the Mind Flayer and then dies at the end saving El and the crew. Just a classic case of 'Oh, he's a total dick for most of the duration of his time during the show and when he's about to be killed off? THAT'S when he turns into the nice guy.' Personally? I don't buy it. The people who love Billy just because they think Dacre is h*t are valid, I GUESS, but it does annoy me. Like, try and look past the actor who played him for once.

Also, about the Eddie anon... I just had a good laugh at that. He just wanted to graduate! Let him sell/smoke his weed and play in his metal band with his badass guitar in peace! He was called Eddie "The Freak" Munson in a derogatory manner, so that's where the anon got the 'freak' from, but still :(. I miss him.
