#we were making a fucking unholy amount of half pans of diamonds and one of my classmates asked who the order was for#chef told us Jill Biden was ordering them for some party in May and me and my 4 classmates made and cut them all#I think about 30 pounds of tart dough was made this week. we probably used about the same weights worth of pecans. if not more on both parts#I have neutral feelings about Joe but I can now say I’ve made treats for the president hehe
