Charles Leclerc's "alleged" height of 180cm: A Saga

Okay, I swear I have about 20 messages in my inbox expressing disbelief about Charles' height, like Vettel and Alonso did in the Grill the Grid video. So let's settle this once and for all! 🤣

In other words, allow me to show you why I believe that Charles (bad posture aside) is indeed 180 cm or pretty darn close to it:

First, I just want to point out that not everyone disbelieved Charles' height. In fact, it was a vocal minority of the SHORT drivers who did. Meanwhile, plenty of other drivers (especially the taller ones!) pegged Charles' comparative height quite accurately. Most of them placed Charles level with/just below Max (181 cm), and above Daniel (179 cm):

We will ignore Max and Lewis because both of them did a dreadful job in this challenge.

Now let's look at some photos where Charles is standing pretty much level with other drivers whose heights are not being disputed. And we are sticking with photos in his race suit, so there can be no possible accusations of wearing platform shoes, etc.

In conclusion, based on my rigorous scientific method, 😅 180 cm is his real height or at least pretty darn close within an error in the millimetres. 😛 Unless you think Max (the closest to Charles' height) ALSO lied about his height.

And FFS - Charles, you really need to work on your posture! Stop slouching:

LOL. Actually, I do. My husband is 180cm exactly and met Charles Leclerc in 2019. He spoke face-to-face with him during a sponsor meeting, and he is quite certain that they are the same height.
