asfdsgj so im vegan unfortunately!! recently i've been having high protein bagels from warburtons, and i'll top it with shredded tofu (fried and then add soy sauce and sesame oil) mixed with smashed avocado, a bit of mayo and some chilli crisp oil. it kinda makes a fake joe and the juice tunacado if ygm? and i'll add cucumber if i have it.

i've also been marinating tofu and airfrying it to make some tofu bacon, having that in some high protein bagels with veggies, and then there's also ur classic tofu scramble with avocado (also on the protein bagels ๐
