Happy Saturday!👋 It’s been awhile since I last shared a recipe! Today was certainly a busy day for me. However, I was able to make 3 types of crepes for the kiddos for the family, yummy!! For the savory crepe, i added Muenster cheese, eggs and pan grilled tomatoes and salt and pepper and a bit of extra virgin olive oil and making it my morning brunch!👍😋 Here’s the recipe for the homemade crepes and happy eating!! Ingredients 4 eggs, rm temp 1 1/3 cups milk, lukewarm 1/2 tsp kosher salt 2 Tbsp sugar 1/3 cup corn starch 3/4 cup AP flour 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1. In a good blender all of the ingredients and blend until smooth, 5 minutes. Turn off and rest the batter for 20 minutes. 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place a 10-inch nonstick pan in oven to heat, 10 minutes. Melt 4 Tbsp butter. Remove pan and grease the bottom and sides and pour 2 1/2 or 1.5 cups of batter to the hot pan. Place hit pan in the oven and bake for 1820 minutes, or golden brown. Remove from pan and place toppings on it . 3.
