wild how i can make some phone calls now. got an enail abt that appt that should have been cancelled and remembered i needed to check on that and it took all of 3 minutes and very little fuss. amazing. reality is a horror show but like. wowza change within urself is possible. incredible.

#it seems so silly but also remember this was a strong enough phobia its almost gotten me or others hurt #like ive literally borderline been unable to get over it when actively needing to call 911 for someone in genuine danger #and that is obviously horrifying like how can u be so entitled and YEA SAME but i couldnt do anyyything abttt ittttt #but i have!#slowly!#and now. its less of an issue.#cause wow i just made a phonecall without barely any preamble outside of multiple lowstakes adhd reminders of hey we need to remmeber that
