I would like a new job, but I would like to not have to apply to 100+ ones to get an interview, plskthnx
#kite rambles#like I've even done what I can to optimize my resume for keywords and shit right#so how many applications to interviews is the ratio supposeed to be#cause other than this pharmacy job I've had like... two or three interviews for idk close to 50 applications?#is that just the way it is?#it feels discouraging but is that just normal?#ugh#just the longer I'm there the more I start to hate it#and not just dislike but genuinely hate
