wrote a tiny (246 words) scene to kick my brain into gear again, it's on AO3 if you wanna give it a try

and bit of story-context under the cut that I heavily recommend not reading before the actual scene

The character is a orc archer, defending her clan's home from the battlements of their small castle. The idea is that she gets hit by a raider's arrow and she falls in the plaza below. Very loosely inspired by the 2018 E3 trailer for For Honor.
