#context: im a camp counselor at a theater camp#we are 1 week out from the show and our music director is ASS AT HIS JOB#he has everybody singing all the solos when we run thru songs which means that a) all the babies dont know when they sing and when they don#sing and b) THE LEADS DONT KNOW THEIR PARTS PROPERLY#im literally this close to grabbing the girl playing the white rabbit and being like hey.#come with me and i will teach you how to support your head voice properly and it will be great and then you'll be able to sing your solo#caterpillar is covering by being the most insanely talented kid i've ever met and the queen of hearts has this incredible belt but JESUS#alice and the white rabbit are so good!!! but they are getting absolutely NO help and its a disgrace#also yesterday he had a split rehearsal with the choreographer adn the plan was for him to teach the music in 15 minutes bc she needed#at least half an hour to teach the choreo AND THEN THIS MAN SPENT FORTY FIVE MINUTES TEACHING THE MUSIC. AND THEY STILL DON"T KNOW THE WORD#so our INCREDIBLE choreographer SOMEHOW managed to teach the entire finale choreo in ten minutes but what the FUCK sir.#anyway i miss jeff </3
