Foreground- Minty snuggled into the blankets on the couch.

Background- mess from moving things around due to flooding, and the end of the second moat to keep the water from the dining room from crossing into the living room.

#thats living in the tropics for ya!#we're prepared this time at least #its been more than a week of heavy rain. the downstairs bedroom flooded so my housemate's staying upstairs in the living room #so it was important to get the moats down. its towels and kitty litter. one nearest to the point where the roof leaks into the wall #then into my house -_-#dad MAY have fixed the leaking issue. maybe. haven't had heavy rain yet to test it orz #can't really take more photos without infringing on my housemates privacy imo. or without doxxing myself #summerly talks
