sometimes i think about bellara's chat after you help her check on the artifacts and her companion quest and i feel like i have to lie down for a little bit.
#thinking that her frustration with the archive also stems from the fact that it's all she has of him.#all of that knowledge‚ all of the information on how her people were before‚ it's what she and her brother were trying so hard to obtain.#can't imagine how bittersweet it was for her when she realized the archive might be in the fade bubble.#relief and joy and guilt.#maybe her brother would forgive her then. maybe she can teach others about how they were before. maybe if she was good enough he could've -#actually been here.#and it's like. idk. having the archive not just literally be information on how the elves were but also a stand-in for her brother and the#elves in general. learning how to let go. learning how to forge your own future. respect the past but don't drown yourself in it.#sorry‚ i'm not nearly as coherent as other people on here but i just wanted to say this: i love her so much.
