What do you think jeanee dynamic would be like in a world where jean wasn't sold to the moriyamas? Idc that they probably never would have met but i care if u think their dynamic would be different if he was significantly less traumatized (totally not an overcomplicated ploy to fish for fluffy trauma-free jeanee headcanons)

WELL. Firstly this will probably be romantic in nature bcuz I am simply a girlie who loves bi4bi jeanee and I know u dont ship them but YKNOW!!!

Hmm. This is not something I've ever thought about, honestly. There's just soooo many things to consider. Would he go to school, make friends there? What would his life look like? His trauma from the raven's has probably fundamentally shaped a large portion of his personality because of how severe and constant it was. It's so genuinely hard for me to consider what he would be like as a person if he was never sold to the Moriyama's.

But I can just ALWAYS see him being a gentle person, and I can see him working well with Renee no matter the circumstances. If she had met him when things weren't how they were in canon, if he didn't have so so much to work through, I can imagine them having a very simple and easy romantic relationship. I can see them having such a peaceful, beautiful life together. But it's also like, I do believe he latched onto Renee and fell for her partly because she was one of the first people to show him care and kindness.... she literally saved his LIFE and that shapes a lot of their relationship, shapes how important she is to Jean. And I think Renee understands people like Jean and Andrew specifically because of what all of them have gone through. She understands misunderstood people who struggle with trauma and mental health problems.

Regardless, I would give anything for Elodie to be alive and to see Jean grow up with her. I imagine Renee would get along so well with Elodie too :,) and she would totally admire how gentle and loving Jean is towards his sister. And Elodie would ADORE Renee for sure. Imagine Jean and Renee just being "best friends" at the start, but Elodie pestering Jean to make a move on Renee bcuz she loves Renee so much and wants Renee to be part of their family.

I can also see Jean just being such a WifeGuy. Like absolutely obsessed w his beautiful gf wifey Renee. Like totally cooking beautiful meals for her, over-the-top romantic ass date nights, buying her gifts constantly, and just being sooooo smitten over her and so in love and malewife. Where's that one meme of that guy on ambien reddit like "my wife is soft nd I liek her" THAT IS LITERALLY JEAN ABT RENEE BUT instead its like "my wife is so Strong and she could beat me up and Kill me in a fight. "You're up late, aren't you?"

By the way Roguefort jumped, it was clear they hadn’t been expecting someone to come and look for them, but they hadn’t been very hard to find. He’d remembered the time they had offhandedly mentioned how they liked cityscapes, and he often found them by this very window, gazing out with the same curious look that they had now.

They tilted their head towards him, not meeting his eyes just yet - although, perhaps that was for the best. He wasn’t exactly excited to have this conversation with them, so maybe it would be easier if they didn’t look at him. "Customary for people with our worklife, isn't it?"

"I suppose." Almond paused. "What are you doing awake? I haven’t assigned any jobs to you at this hour.”

“Can’t sleep,” they replied simply, gaze flicking down to the windowsill, one hand pressed against the panes. “Also customary for people with our worklife, I’m sure.”

“You would be correct,” he said, looking over at the moonlight, before his gaze was stolen by their profile once more. “And if you don't mind my bothering you, I've been... thinking recently."

"That's dangerous."

He chuckled. "Not as dangerous as some of our other escapades."

"Right as always." Roguefort finally turned to look at him, their normally intimidating features softened by the glow of the moon. "May I hear what's on your mind?"

"Well, you've been here quite a while, haven't you?” he said. “Two, three months?"

They tilted their head at him, a curious look on their face. "You've been keeping track."

"Of course. And it's left me wondering... you haven't brought up leaving to go on your own again."

He was met with silence - not deafening silence, more of a thoughtful quiet, leaving him to keep on going.

"You're a solo act. Or, you were a solo act, before I offered you a place here. It's left me pondering whether or not you think I'm keeping you here."

"I don't," they interjected quickly, shaking their head. "I've never felt so."

"I’m glad to hear that,” he said quietly, almost too quiet to be heard, before bringing his voice back to a normal volume. “But if you did feel so, I was going to offer you the chance to leave."

More silence.

"Personally, I think you've repaid me in full," Almond continued, going over to stand by them. "You have no need to stick around anymore, if you don't want to. I will admit, I've gotten used to having you around, and it will feel... emptier without you, but you had your life before I came along. You will always have a place here, and an ally in me - you may come back whenever you please, and you will have my full protection."

Still nothing. Just a quiet intake of breath, one he might have missed had he not been so close to them before they finally spoke.

"No."

"...No?" he repeated, hardly daring to let himself enjoy the flicker of hope that came with a single word.

"No. I won't leave. I may not need to stick around, but I'd certainly love to." Roguefort finally met his gaze and smiled, their eyes crinkling adorably around the edges in a way that made his heart soften. "It's an unforgiving world out there. But... you make it seem less scary."

Their words left his heart aflutter, which wasn’t a feeling he was used to. He wasn’t used to feeling so vulnerable around someone before, and he was even more surprised when he realized he trusted them to not hurt him.

"That's what I do,” he answered finally. “It's what I've always done. Nearly everyone here has been scorned by the world that claimed to love them - I just gave them what they had wanted, what they had a right to."

"Which is?"

"Love. The feeling of home. The full trust of someone else, knowing they would always be there for you." 

They chuckled. "You really are a mom at heart."

He couldn’t help but laugh at this. "Shut up." 

"...Really, it's amazing, what you do. Sure, maybe everyone out there would disagree." They jabbed a thumb towards the window, towards the city outside. "But I think it's beautiful. You’ve got an entire family following your lead."

"Beautiful, huh?"

"Of course,” they said, leaning in a little closer. “I wouldn't stay if I didn't think so."

A small smile crossed his lips. "I can think of other things that are just as beautiful."

"Can you, now?" they quipped, raising an eyebrow.

"Mm. Personally, I've always been fond of solo acts."

Roguefort ducked their head at this, in a way that was endearingly shy, before looking up with something new in their eyes. "Call me crazy, but I think I prefer duets to solo acts."

"Yeah?"

"Yeah."

Almond reached up and brushed a lock of their hair back, fingers lingering in a way that made their cheeks go a little pink, he noticed. "Are you suggesting an audition to be in a duet with you?"

"Perhaps,” they breathed. “Perhaps I am. Perhaps the audition was ages ago, and you passed from the very start."

"So what does that mean for us?"

"It means I'm fond of you."

"Are you, now?"

They leaned down so that they were at eye level with him - when had they gotten so close? "I feel very strongly for you. That should be made clear."

"...I see," he said quietly, as an unexpected flutter of joy went through his heart.

"And you, Almond? What do you feel?"

His name had never sounded so sweet before.

"I feel as if we've been wasting too much time talking."

They grinned, looking so delighted that it was just impossible for him not to grin back. "I would agree. Why don't you show me what you would rather have us do?"

“Well, aren’t you bold?”

“I would have thought you already knew that about me. Solo act and all that.”

He liked the way they spoke to him now. As if they were his close friend, someone who could look after him the same way he looked after them.

“I’d recommend you drop the solo act. I can see it no longer fits you.”

“I see you’re awfully interested in a chance to duet with me,” Roguefort said, with a teasing lilt to their voice that just about stole his breath.

He hadn’t known they could be, well… playful.

The walls of formality and politeness between them seemed to fully crumble down, leaving behind the aura of what was once a business transaction.

Now, it was… something else. Something better. Almond could feel it, an unfamiliar sensation all the way to his core, yet welcome in a comforting way.

And he could tell they felt it, too.

“Who wouldn’t be?” he said softly, in a tone unlike any he’d used before with them. “I’ve never been more interested in anything before.”

They blinked in surprise, eyes growing a little bit wider. “Never?” “Never.”

“Oh,” they murmured, barely a whisper in the night. “Oh.”

Oh, their voice. So breathlessly hopeful, like they couldn’t dare to believe what he was saying. Like what he was offering was too far out of reach.

That was all about to change. He wanted to make that all change.

Slowly, he trailed a hand over their wrist - causing their breathing to hitch in a way that made his head spin - up their arm, brushing past their shoulder, before cupping his fingers around the back of their neck.

They swallowed and glanced down at him as he brought his other hand up, too, linking his fingers together. “You aren’t about to start choking me, are you?”

That got a laugh out of him, which seemed to ease the tension in Roguefort’s shoulders. “Oh, never. I don’t think I’m strong enough to, anyway.”

An admission like that would be a death sentence if he were in unfamiliar clutches.

In front of them, though, it felt like a relief to say.

“I would hope you don’t find a reason to have to choke me anytime soon,” they chuckled, letting their hands drift over his waist, promptly causing his mind to blank. “I don’t want to give you any reasons to.”

“I… I could never hurt you,” Almond said quietly, slowly bringing their head down to his level. “I’m a healer at heart.”

“I love that about you.”

Could they get any more perfect?

“How long have you loved that about me?” he whispered, heart pounding relentlessly in his chest as their nose brushed against his own.

They thought for a moment, lip caught between their teeth in what was an undeniably cute expression of concentration, before finally saying, “I think I’ve loved it all this time.”

A smile broke out onto Almond’s face, bright and giddy. “You sure?”

“I wouldn’t say it if I weren’t,” they replied, tilting their head with a shy half-smile of their own.

“Just clarifying,” he said, pulling them a little closer, just so he could feel their breath on his lips.

It smelled like strawberries.

He let his eyelids flutter shut and allowed himself to savor the moment, to just live in the present with them. They were so, so close, a fact made more apparent when he opened his eyes and looked up at them. It felt like heaven to even be with them like this.

That was when he realized Roguefort had gone quiet, licking their lips in what seemed to be nervousness. Was that truly what was happening? Were they just as terrified of screwing this up as he was? Were they-

His thoughts were interrupted when they exhaled softly, and he looked up into their eyes. “There’s no easy way to ask this, but…”

“I’ve got time,” he said. “I’ll always have time for you.”

They smiled, their expression so unguarded that he felt himself melting. “Then, may I…?”

He knew what they were asking.

And they hadn’t even finished their sentence before Almond pulled them in, eagerly pressing his lips to theirs.

It was so sudden that it caused them to make a startled sound in their throat, which was somehow adorable, before they reciprocated so enthusiastically that it swept him off of his feet.

Roguefort was surprisingly gentle with him - or at least, they were at first, as if they were a little shy to truly lose themself in it. But it wasn’t long before they had become more comfortable, deepening the kiss and pulling him close so that they were pressed against each other, making Almond’s entire body shiver with need.

His hands went to cup their face, thumb stroking their cheek, which elicited a soft noise of surprise and only led them to kiss him harder, making him go dizzy with delight.

He was already cataloging this moment in his head, memorizing the tilt of their head as they kissed him, the warmth of their hands gliding over his waist, the way their eyelashes fluttered over his, the strawberry sweet taste of their lip balm.

The way they felt like home to him.

And yet, all too soon, it was over, and they parted with matching wide-eyed expressions of wonder.

His eyes flicked over their features, and he felt a little twinge of pleasure when he saw how red they were in the face. Like they’d been giving their entire heart and soul in that kiss.

And then Almond blinked and suddenly realized in that moment just how hard he was breathing, and how weak his knees felt - oh, lord, were they holding him up? How had they managed to get him trembling like this within moments? 

How had he never met someone like them before?

“So,” Roguefort said quietly, with a look in their eyes that conveyed how greatly they’d enjoyed that. “I suppose a duet can be arranged.”

He let out a breathless laugh, before leaning into them and wrapping his arms around their middle. “Good god, you…”

“I’ve got you,” they said softly, making his heart swoon. “I’m here.”

“I know. I’m here, too.”

“Almond?”

“Mm?”

“I’ll always be here. For you.”

He smiled into their shirt, closing his eyes and listening to the rhythmic thump of their heart, almost in time to his own heartbeat. “Thank you.”

It was all he could say, but it was enough. He knew they understood what he felt.

He knew they understood just how much he loved them.

My Scooby-doo movie rating

So, since October is finally over, I decided to rate the Scooby movies I binged for the month. For both nostalgic reasons, & also just for fun FTR, I'm keeping my October PFP cuz I love it way too much & It's such a mood not to get rid of. Fight me-

Anyways, these movies were all watched on Dailymotion.com, & I'm going to rate them 1-5 based on if it's as good as I remember it being Let's see if you guys remember any of these

Day 1, October 2nd Aloha, Scooby-doo!

This movie wasn't the most entertaining thing, but it also wasn't extremely boring, either. I started with this one based in Hawaii as it was the tamest one & I wanted to save the spookiest ones for last. I did like Little Jim, though, he was awesome. & the Wiki Tiki is an awesome villain, cuz I've always been a sucker for monsters like that

Day 2, October 5th Scooby-doo! & the Monster of Mexico

Honestly, this movie isn't as good as I remember it being. Or maybe I just found the wrong place to watch it, since ALOT of ads popped up throughout the movie, which kinda threw me off. This is probably my most forgetful movie, I'm sorry to all the Mexicans I'm flaming for this. I just don't remember much about this movie. Alejo was really cute, though, I liked him. & I also liked how they portrayed El Chupacabra, too. But, other than that, I don't really think Monster of Mexico is for me. But, I'm glad I watched it again for nostalgic reasons, so that's why I'm not that upset

My rating: 2/5 A high two, low three, BTW. Cuz it wasn't terrible, it's just kinda mid now that I'm 21

Day 3, October 9th Scooby-doo in Where's my Mummy?

I. FUCKING. LOVED THIS MOVIE. I've said it before in my post about this, but this has to be one of the better movies I've watched, so much so that I regret not saving it for later. Amelia Von Butch is such an awesome antagonist (& she's hella fine, too), Triple A is the coolest dude I've seen, Rock Rivers is funny as hell, & Omar is super interesting to watch. The mummies, Cleopatra, the segway into the movie, the more CGI creatures like Spirit of the sands, this movie SLAPS. & I think "Mummies, Rags, & Riches" is the biggest banger of the entire soundtrack, even as an adult. That song will never not slap to me. Definitely one of those movies I'll be watching again soon just for fun. Said it before, but I'll say it again. Egyptians just do it better

Day 4, October 13th Scooby-doo & the legend of the vampire

You would think since I was so obsessed with 39 back in the day that I would've liked this movie as well as I did when I was a kid. I hate to say it, but not really. Naming a vampire Yowie Yahoo sounds kinda..........weird. I'm sorry, I can't hear it any differently. The pacing was really slow, somethings were a bit off, it really wasn't as good as I remember it being. Since I love Australia & the culture of it all, I'm disappointed that I don't like this as much as I did anymore. The few things I did like were the Hex girls, Daniel & his grandfather Malcom, Jasper Ridgeway, The Bad Omens, the vampires themselves (Including old Yowie despite the name), & the soundtrack. Auugh, the soundtrack was so awesome, especially in the opening scenes of the movie. Other than that, I'm upset that I didn't like this movie. Especially Two skinny dudes. IDK why, but I really don't like those two. For a movie that has the same birth-year as me, I really don't care for this one

Day 5, October 15th Scooby-doo! Pirates Ahoy!

Again, I'm mad I didn't save this for much later, cuz this movie ROCKS! The soundtrack, the pirates, Captain Skunkbeard, Mysterio, this was definitely a fun movie to watch. "Blow Ye winds" has been stuck in my head for days, too. We need to bring sea shanties back!! & I am also absolutely disgusted how the soundtrack isn't on Spotify. Not only that, but Rupert Garcia is a real cutie & such a likable character. Fred's parents, Skip & Peggy, are absolutely adorable, too. Yes, they're cringy at times & I understand why Fred reacted the ways he did, but damnit, they are so adorable! Captain Crothers & Sunny St. Cloud were really fun additions to the movie, too. My only question is why did they name that billionaire guy Biff Wellington?? That sounds like a fancy steak XDDD Either way, this movie was one of the better movies I remember, & now I'm obsessed with pirates because of it 🏴‍☠️

Day 6, October 19th Scooby-doo! & the Cyber Chase

Hear me out on the Phantom Virus. HEAR ME OUT--

Uhhhh, who said that? Anyways, I really enjoyed this movie, it was so much more fun that I remember it being. Professor Kaufman is my favorite character from it, honestly. Eric did an incredible job on the game, & the real gang meeting the cyber gang gave me so much whiplash due to the old looks. Especially Shaggy wearing red, cuz that's ANCIENT times. I also think Officer Wembley is a bit of a grouch, but I don't mean that in a bad way. Just means they did a good job writing his character. But, my one complaint is Bill. What was going through my boy's head to make a virus just because he didn't get picked for that prize money?? Like, DUDE!! That is so petty, even for a Scooby-doo movie XDD

Day 7, October 21st Scooby-Doo! & the Loch Ness Monster

SCOTLAND PRIDE!!! >:DD

This is one of the movies that's the closest to my heart due to me being half Scottish myself. The way they animated the Loch ness monster was absolutely amazing, she looks alot better than some of the other CGI stuff from the early 2000s. & with the scenes where she's clomping around actually look really satisfying, too. & the characters are so fun to watch! Del is a super funny guy, Sir Ian is really cool, & Fiona Pembroke is probably a favorite of mine. & Shannon is absolutely adorable, too! Not only that, but Colin & Angus are fucking hilarious. Put a Scottish accent on any siblings & it automatically becomes alot funnier to see them on screen. However, that Duncan McGubbin dude sure is creepy. Was he always like that? I don't remember being that scary, it's gotta be the lazy eye. Not only that, but I LOVED the scene of the guys in the sub swimming away from Nessie after spotting that underground cave. Easily a favorite scene of mine. Definitely gonna put a Scotland visit on my bucket list because of this movie. Who knows? Maybe there is a Loch ness monster out there somewhere

Day 8, October 27th Scooby-Doo! & the witch's ghost

I wanted to watch this on my birthday, but due to my party, I was so busy running back & forth that I didn't have time. But, I saved this one for second to last for a reason. It's not as close to my heart as Zombie island, but damnit, it slaps. Ben Ravencroft is definitely an author I'd read, since I'm a sucker for horror books. Not only that, but this movie with the Hex girls' debut was one of my gay awakenings, so these three hold a special place in my heart (Luna, my beloved). I kinda wish we saw more of Jack & Dr. Dean, though. Shaggy & Scooby made Jack's meals look incredible 🤤😋 But, man. Ben is OP as hell with powers like that. & the animation of him summoning Sarah was fucking cool! Definitely a favorite misleading villain of mine. Summoning your own ancestor & she ends up dragging you into a book with her, couldn't be me

Day 9, October 31st. Halloween night Scooby-Doo on Zombie island

Said it before, but I'll say it again. BEST SCOOBY MOVIE EVER!! I saved this one for last since I knew it was gonna be as good as I remember it being, & damnit, was I right. I honestly kinda wish Moonscar island was a real island in Louisiana now, since I would love to go there. Mostly for the peppers cuz I'm not one to turn down some good old spicy food, sue me. Anyways, I really loved Lena, the ferry driver Jacques, Beau, & Simone Lenoir. I honestly don't remember this movie being as dark as it is when I was younger, but then again, it was a movie from the late 90s. They were able to get away with alot of things back then. Ironically enough, my all time favorite character would probably have to be Snakebite Scruggs. There's something about him that's just so scary, but so cool to me that I wish we saw him more in this movie. His hunting pig, yes, hunting pig, Mojo creeps me out, though, no idea why. But, out of all the things they could've worshipped & turned into, it just had to be a cat. Simone, Jacques, & Lena aren't beating those furry allegations for a while- Okay, that was dumb. Anyways, it was awesome of me to save this movie for last. "It's Terror time again" is still one of the best songs from any sort of Scooby movie I've seen, too. & the zombies still continue to scare me in the best ways possible, even when I know they're just people Simone & Lena drained to stay immortal. But, the way they were defeated by disintegrating into dust was still probably the darkest thing I've seen, even today in 2024. But, it means it was just as phenomenal as I remember it being.

If it's your first time watching it, don't be alarmed when you don't hear Scoob's iconic "Scooby-dooby-doo!!" at the end. Watch through the end credits, & it'll be there after a cute little scene with Simone's kit-kits ^w^

NO 👎 i like to think maybe we’d be friends at least but he’s on a different frequency than i am, in terms of being a lauded student athlete and also a student councillor. i don’t see what we’d even talk about and if anything, he’d make fun of me. i am a nervous, quick-to-anger creature. i wouldn’t really fw him if we were peers. at most, i’d hope we end up on the same group for projects because at least he’d get stuff done.

12. what’s a headcanon you have for this character?

a lot. not getting into it now, or ever. he has a little sister in canon and in my personal opinion, she’s his jewel and he dotes on her a lot, even if he teases her very often (as older brothers do). he’s never missed a competition / recital / school event if she’s ever asked him to come and he cooks her favourite food whenever he can tell she’s had a rough day at school.

the transcenders are all gnc af, theres a whole theme surrounding breaking from the norm to reach their true potential, it wouldve fit thematically

if done right, it could emphasize the theme of loneliness thats tied with joonghyuk’s character if none of her other companions are trans; even if they were it wouldnt have mattered since they would have forgotten she was a woman in future regressions anyway

if she tries to repress her identity bc expression of it is deemed unnecessary or meaningless, even more points

would have pushed the narrative foiling with dokja even further since they already have opposing imagery and metaphors, now they would be the opposite gender too

the ‘does dokja and joonghyuk is gay’ joke wouldnt poke fun at the thought of two men being together, but rather at the absurdity of a relationship occurring and still being called such in the first place simply bc of joonghyuk’s gender

transfem joonghyuk wouldve made her dynamic/relationship with seolhwa much more interesting since they wouldnt be a typical “het” couple anymore, seolhwa’s character could have been given a little more relevance with the kind of conflicts which could arise from this, the most obvious relating to sexuality

on that note, their ideas of femininity and how they prefer to express it are completely different despite them both being the same gender which could bring up interesting conversations about it (mostly thinking about that scene where seolhwa and joonghyuk go to the auction house prior to gigantomachia and talk about cosmetic skills, this scene couldve been way more fleshed out than it was presented in canon)

if you still want the punisher to exist, this could also fit into that conversation about gender expression and bring up interesting ideas depending on how butch you make joonghyuk

both seolhwa and the punisher would add a lot of complexity to joonghyuk’s whole relationship with self-indulgence and happiness since again, bc of her situation as a regressor she either wouldnt want to open herself up in the interest of practicality or doesnt feel deserving of it when her goal hasnt been accomplished

and that we all experience the same oppression isn't true either, since binary transgender people do not experience exorsexism (again, binary privilege). just because you all just say transantagonism when something is specifically targeted at nonbinary people doesn't make exorsexism not real. you all just don't want to acknowledge it, as that would also mean acknowledging it within your own communities and within yourselves.

A bit of Self Indulgence from the Artist:

     So I wasn’t happy with the end of Supernatural. For what little my opinion on things like that matters; I hold no illusions. Though I did watch from pilot to finale for 15 years as it aired, It's my favorite show- full stop. I’m also one of the fans that other fans tend to hate. Though It had some truly amazing and great moments in later seasons, I feel it peaked in Season 5 and never truly rose to that height again. (holds up a shield to block incoming fruit.) Though there were several times it got very close. (The Demon trials, and Amara for example. Dean’s monologue in the church is maybe my favorite moment in all of TV. Possibly all of Fiction.  There I go contradicting myself.

     At around the same time the show was ending, I was trying to figure out something to work on, something to draw- I needed a project. But I was also so far out of the game that I had no contacts to hit up for a story or script. I was also about three years into a five year artist block which was the result of intense burnout. So I decided to make a fan comic based on Supernatural. It's something that I always wanted to see. Like the post-TV Buffy comics I felt and still feel that SPN would make a great comic. It could get bigger and more over the top. Without constraints of things like budget, actor schedules, make up or special effects or the need to fill up over 20 hours of run time with around ten hours of content. This is stated with full knowledge that there are indeed SPN comics- I have read a lot of them. Some are good, some are… not- (I won’t presume this to be one or the other) BTW to this day Dustin Nguyen’s covers are my favorite pieces of Supernatural art ever made. 

     This fan comic is NOT a “how it should have ended” It's just a scene that always sort of played out in my head. I always wanted them to go out like Thelma and Louise, or Butch and Sundance; no way out but through, launching the car into oblivion, sacrificing themselves while saving the world. I’m a sucker for that trope. (Buffy Season 5- also where it peaked) I also always wanted to see a BIG Monster- we got hints at times. SPN skirted up next to the Elder Gods once or twice- there were tentacles and big looming shadows in the distance. 

If you imagine a story-line where the threat is a bunch of monsters (Capital M- mutated, lizard tail raptor clawed demon creatures instead of just black eyed people- though they are there as well) wreaking havoc on the world and eventually culminating in a Cthulu like hellbeast rising from the depths. What follows is the usual arc of them trying to figure out how to take it out. The usual wins and losses, starts and stops until they figure out what weapon will do the job, then it's acquiring the weapon. Finally stabby stabby. If that is the season- this is the last fifteen minutes of the finale episode. 

     In this alternate timeline or multiversal offramp, Chuck and Amaara effed off to some celestial beach somewhere, drinking mai tais and promptly not Giving a crap about Earth (Or doing the absolute very least required) Jack came and did his thing, and now Team Freewill is Sam Dean Cas and Jack. That's really all you need to know. 

     Finally, if you'll allow me to get personal… It took this thing about two years to make. No- not because it took me that long to draw 20 pages, but because I shelved it. The truth is multifaceted and long-winded. Suffice to say that burn-out is real, artist block is real. This is the first thing that I have completed in over five years. That in itself is the reason I made it, I needed the win, and this thing was about 60 percent done two months ago. Before I started yet ANOTHER new project, I was determined to FINISH SOMETHING; anything. The road of my artistic Journey is flanked by too many corpses of unfinished and shelved projects. Things that were taken too far to be just left unfinished. Like putting a book down with a single chapter left and never picking it up again. It's a source of shame and this is the win I need. 

     I Hope you like it. Or at least think it's nice to look at.

when Mitch first saw Pablo walk into his 10th grade homeroom, he gay panicked, blue screened, mumbled at Buttercup “pretty… boy…” then zombie walked past her, the teacher, Pablo himself (who noticed and was immediately enamored with Mitch), out the room, past the vice principal, then trudged 4 miles home in a daze with Buttercup flying behind him shouting. he woke up an hour later with no recollection of any of this

Buttercup still makes fun of him to this day for the incident. she tells the story in her toast as best woman at the Miblo wedding

Pablo is a giant. he is a good 7 inches taller than Mitch (as stated in my height headcannons post). Mitch makes Pablo carry him around practically everywhere and Pablo ALWAYS hits his head when he walks into Mitch’s trailer. always. every single time. it doesn’t matter that he’s come over hundreds of times, or that he tells himself beforehand each time “Pablo, you will not, under any circumstances, hit your head on the door frame this time. Mitch will not make fun of you because it will not happen.” it still happens. it’s not preventable.

it doesn’t even matter that even people TALLER than Pablo (cough Boomer cough) can enter Mitch’s trailer without hitting their head. Pablo keeps a cool head most of the time, but he has broken and threatened the door many times in the past.

Mitch is a mini space heater and Pablo is the coldest man alive. many-a-cuddling sessions happen in winter (and though Pablo won’t admit it, fall too. and spring.)

Mitch is friends with basically everyone at their school, he’s very extroverted and good at making conversation with people, he tries making friends with at least one new person a day

still has a fear of spiders, but instead of screaming over them and flying away, she gets a very dark look in her eyes and will not hesitate to destroy the house in order to kill the vermin. her sisters and all of her friends have to constantly be aware of any 8 legged bugs around them so they can keep it out of BC’s sights, if only to preserve the land within a 5 mile radius around them

has been begging Prof.Utonium to let her get a lizard for the past 4 years. she had one for a week but her dad found it and immediately set it free

her ears are the most sensitive of the groups, they all have supersonic senses, but BC’s are especially heightened, possibly due to her lack of “special powers” (total fucking bullshit btw, fuck you ppg writers for treating BC like shit)

i think?? i’ve mentioned her ability to see in the future before here?? that’s because of the her senses. no one ask me about the science behind it, just go with it, okay? super eye sight= glimpses into the future

this ability has saved many of her teammates from colossal damage before, but (angst warning), because she’s had to see those images in her mind to be able to warn them about it, it’s left lasting trauma on her and has made her very protective of her friends and family. do not fuck with anyone that BC is close with, she will mess you up for it

one particular prediction she got showed Butch in a very… gruesome situation. i don’t want to go into detail, but it fucked her up for a bit, and there was about a week where Buttercup couldn’t/wouldn’t leave Butch’s side in fear of what could happen to him

It was mostly a battle of numbers between Shamu, Dutch and Sundance against WALTER, Giodude and Wilhelm, Imperium having the early control, there was some good team offense from the Ringkampf guys, but of course Shamu's big face turn is what commands the crowd energy. There was callback to the SD match when Vinci cracked Sheamus with a shillelagh while he had GUNTHER locked in a cloverleaf but this time it was broken up. The match was physical but it was limited on its weapon usage until the final third when it was Shillelagh's flying around everywhere, Irish Cross on the announcer's table kept GUNTHER down for Sheamus to brogue Vinci who was held down by the Brutes. Good match to open with.

The Miz/Dexter stuff showed Gritty the Hockey Mascot following Miz throughout the show, mainly to set up a Raw segment, Miz attacked Gritty finally and then Dexter jumped him to save the mascot.

SD Women's Championship Ronda Rousey def. Liv Morgan (c) [Submission via ??? Choke] - NEW CHAMPION Ronda didn't have a huge pop really, it was muddled as she came out in a pink Gi and a UFC outfit with 'Submit' all over - if that wasn't gonna telegraph her plan of attack, bad makeup too. Liv came out in Extreme Rules colors and a Bat, she did get a better pop than Ronda in spite of her shitting booking. And Shitty booking is what we got, with Liv needing a weapon to exude confidence while Ronda toyed with the champion, reversing any attempt of offense she had. I think the longest time of advantage Liv had was a minute, maybe two right at the end. The finish was, messy, Liv hit a table senton and then Ronda just comes to life with an armbar, Liv powerbombs her into the table shards for another 2, then Ronda - still doing the hold - struggles to shift her position into what looked more like a Dis-arm-her but also using a table piece to sell it like a triangle choke and Liv passed out. It was weak to be fair, because Liv looked weak and then she's laughing in defeat. The two worked well but the match was wrong, the only consolation is that Liv still remains over, so she can rebuild.

Strap Match Karrion Kross (w/Scarlett) def. Drew McIntyre [Pinfall via Kross Hammer] I'm still unsure about Kross with hair tbf XD but Scarlett of course serving in her outfit. Pre-match assault while Drew is strapped built some heat as they brawled in the crowd and then eventually back to the ring where Drew has to strap Kross to start the match officially. Kross zoned in on the shoulder using the strap, Drew eventually hulked up though, Scarlett macing Drew after blocking a Claymore and then Kross hitting the Kross Hammer. It was a bit of a slow match really, right result and well worked but weak finish: I would've brought the White Rabbit back here.

Raw Women's Championship - Ladder Match Bianca Belair (c) def. Bayley Bit weird to see Nikkita Lyons be highlighted in the crowd, given how she's barely a big deal in the NXT Women's Division. At the very least Bayley saved some time to feud with her forever enemy: Michael Cole. The match had a great pace, starting with both sides simply trying to distance their opponent to climb the ladder, then both sides using the ladder to keep their opponent writhing. Belair hit a KOD after dodging Bayley using a part of her knee brace but Damage CTRL got involved, she got a scrappy double KOD, I think Kota held onto the ropes too long. Belair got to show her strength by lifting the ladder while underneath it, then hit a KOD onto Bayley again who was holding a ladder (bit miffed why she didn't drop it) to climb the ladder. I expected Belair to win because of WarGames coming up, it was a good match but could've gotten more, made Damage CTRL look weak that Belair was able to solo them.

I Quit Match Finn Balor def. Edge Balor came out in a full-face spike mask which was weird, why hide that handsome mug? The refs and Balor act like they've never seen an I Quit match ever, pulling the microphone for general submission moves and regular wrestling offense that wouldn't get a tap out or 3 count. We went into the crowd again where Edge got a hockey stick for area pop, using it for a crossface for a while. I wonder why there was so many people at the gate tunnel, like why aren't you at your seat? After driving him nuts first, Balor used the railing downstairs and a steel chair before returning to the ring. Commentary had been good all show with ECW and WCW references, but Corey ruined it by saying 'Frankenstein didn't intend to make the Monster' ...I mean, he did, he stitched up a corpse to bring it to life. Edge fought back by using a chair on Balor's legs and then an Edgeucator, but then Priest and Dom showed up to save Finn. Rhea then cuffed Edge to the ropes before he could Spear Finn, leading to a 3-on-1 assault and Finn smacking Edge with a Kendo Stick. Rey finally showed up to attack Priest and Finn but Dom beat him down, so Beth Phoenix came out using the Kendo - somehow faring better than legend Rey Mysterio - before Rhea stared her down, Beth speared Rhea and uncuffed her husband to hit Prist with a spear, low blowed Dom for revenge, Speared Finn 3 times and prepared the Chair rod Crossface. BUT, Rhea brass knuckle'd Beth and after Priest's South of Heaven and 3 Coup de Grace, they blackmailed Edge to quit by threatening Beth with a Con-Chair-To. He quit, then they hit her anyway.

The main negative I have is mostly how much they waste Rey on this feud, who is back alive in time for the match to be over because WWE book him as the most ineffective babyface in the world. There's not wanting to fight your son and there's this, he showed up late, ditched the chair he was holding and dropped to a punch in the face, it's not what I like to see from the guy who got me into wrestling. Otherwise this was a good match - perhaps dragged a bit long but right result and outcome.

Fight Pit Riddle def. Seth Rollins [Submission via Triangle Choke] Bronn Breakker was in the crowd for this one, that one made more sense as a champion. Seth came out in the blue RVD uniform, guess maybe a marijuana slight against Riddle? Riddle took over most of the start of the match, expected since he's been in all 3, but Cormier seems to be a bit too physical for a ref, especially for a No DQ scenario. Seth kept going for the 10 count, including an off-the-cage splash, but Riddle kept getting up and responding to his smack talk. Cormier may've botched a little not counting when Riddle got hit with the stomp, the delayed count led to Seth trying a Super Stomp but missing, then hiding up the elevated platform. Both used the extended environment, Seth hit a Pedigree but Riddle wasn't in the ring, so Riddle hit an RKO and Rollins rolled back into the ring, leading to a big Floating Bro which hit Seth pretty hard. Riddle got a triangle and even though Rollins tried to slam Riddle to release he buckled and tapped.

After that Bray Wyatt returned as the White Rabbit, to a big pop but nobody's surprise. People dressed as the funhouse characters in the crowd as well as the Fiend, the old Funhouse set with cobwebbed and dead characters was shown before Bray came through the door on the stage in a new mask to close out the show.

The fight pit was a good main event, Cormier needn't have been there though and it was undoubtedly overshadowed by Bray's obvious return. I am worried that we returned Bray with little purpose but it can easily be fixed. Overall it was a good show, true it was predictable but that's not always a bad thing, I think we could've gotten better out of everyone with better booking, since no match blew me away, especially for Liv and Drew. But everyone performed well and you'd at least get your money's worth.

I am currently on chapter 12 of Gideon the Ninth, and here are my thoughts. If I spell names wrong, forgive me, I’m listening to the audiobook.

- I don’t care if I’m three years older than her, I want to be Gideon Nav when I grow up. A butch lesbian protagonist that is allowed to show attraction to women? Thank you! Like, she talks about how much she likes boobs! She talks about how pretty Dulcinea is! It isn’t just “Here’s Gideon, btw she’s gay” it’s “This is Gideon, she’s gay and we’re going to keep that in mind when she interacts with people she finds attractive! Also, sword lesbian rights!

-Harrowhark Nonagesimus (had to google the last name, oh my god) is a bitch and i like her so much! I think i‘d like her more if we got some of her POV, but through Gideon’s eyes so far she‘s mean. Where I left off, she just allowed Gideon to come with her into the spooky basement, so I’m hoping that means character development. I know the next book is about her more, so I’ll wait till that to pass true judgement.

-I do not trust Dulcinea. She’s too nice, and there has to be something going on with her cavalier. Why would the Seventh send someone with blood cancer anyway?

-Palamedes and Camilla are my favorite non-Gideon and Harrow pair. We just met them, but Pal is smart and Camilla seems badass.

-Something bad is gonna happen to Magnus. He makes dad jokes and has a loving wife? Yeah, doomed, or at least gonna be very sad.

-The Third House cavalier is a dumbass bitch. Gideon won that fight.

-I hope Gideon gets her longsword back.

-I know Crux is just unfathomably old, but I keep picturing him as an animated skeleton.

-Still have no idea why Harrow killed her parents. I’m interested, cause she‘s obsessed with the Ninth’s traditions and saving her house, why would she kill them if it would harm the house?
