#hnnng we arent exactly. familiar. with how to treat chronic pain because we'd never experienced it this regularly until we started this job#but this week. fuck. we didnt utalize our one day off to fully recover from last week and then we had to work 5 days straight till our next#day off right?#we knew it was gonna be bad when on the first of the five days we ended it hurting much worse than we normally do#we're on day 4. at lunch. and our joints are already *aching*#but. we're afraid to take pain medicine. genuinely. we Shouldnt *Have* to and dont want to ignore it when we dont know whats *wrong*#we're getting a little desprate here. we have a returning doctors appt on our first day off so i guess thats progress but holy FUCK ow
