ty for making sure to say that addiction =/= abusive, bc it’s definitely part of the discussion around liam that has been hurting me a lot is how some people are treating the addiction as being what makes him abusive. i just don’t like how people get weirdly dehumanizing about addicts or abusive people and then when someone is both it just gets amplified tenfold and like it just doesn’t help anyone at all. not to mention how people are talking about his nudes possibly being shared around, i don’t think someone being abusive means that their consent should be violated like that
