i kinda think kpop idols should be able to chop their hair -- all of it, even -- off after a particularly hair color-intensive comeback if they want to. if you have a comeback every 5 months or so it's more than enough time for hair to grow back for a guy. and female idols should get to put the fear of god into their stylists' hearts
