What I wouldn't give to have a romance like the ones we write before we sleep, as we just barely pull ourselves into waking, while we walk through a thunderstorm alone for just the joy and thrill of it, when we grocery shop with a list written on a scrap of paper found in your desk, while our minds are filled with the gentle haze of comfort and safety.

What I wouldn't give for a romance like that...
