whelp. guess we're officially a PC gamer at the Big Age of 36

thinking about post-game Veryn & Astarion on lil Underdark adventures together, determined to find a new way to return Astarion safely to the sun’s embrace, going topside at night time on occasion just to wander through the wilderness and make camp under the moon. Veryn taking point on leads that must be chased down in the daylight, returning to Astarion with the warmth of the sun still lingering on his skin. Astarion tells him he can smell it on him, and he always looks a little wistful when he does, but he’s careful not to let Veryn see how he aches to switch places with him. he could never knowingly impose that kind of guilt on his darling, after all. they have nothing but time to heal together.

I think my mind is going to live there with them for a long time.
