a few years ago some people i was mutuals with were talking about how they don’t trust higurashi and higurashi fans because it looks like gory torture porn of little kids and in my head i was like hmm well i’ve never played higurashi but i have friends who like it whom i trust so i’m not too sure about that. and now that i’m solidly getting into ryukishi’s works even if it’s mostly umineko i’m like you guys don’t know what you’re TALKING ABOUT. without love it can’t be fucking seen i guess
