MY OPINION ON;

[ Character in general: ]

     I will readily admit, I’m…exceedingly biased toward Hinata. In a good way! When I got into Naruto, it was a bit of escapism during what’s so far been the toughest part of my life, when I as a person was going through hardship and hardly knew who I was, and had few people I could rely on. Having a character who was also downtrodden, shy, unsure of herself, the ‘odd one out’…well, I latched on immediately. And even as we both changed, that didn’t. I still love Hinata as a character, both for what she is, and what she can be when molded by a fan in RP or fanfiction (both of which I’ve tried my hand at, to…varying results). My foremost love in fiction are healers…but a very close second are soft/kind characters. As much as I love badass women characters (and Hinata DOES have her badass aspects), I still have a penchant for those who are less sharp around the edges (if that’s not evident in my own primary character, aha). 

     Ryū also has a soft spot for her from RP prior to Tumblr, which meant having her as a close friend in a fic I’ve given up writing (and instead RP a wee bit here). I’ve also written fics with her shipped with a few of the other muses I have lurking about. So she’s all-around fave in this house!

[ How they play them: ]

     …I can’t remember now at what point of your Hinata’s timeline I stumbled upon her, but I do remember being enthralled immediately. I’d never seen a blog that told a story like yours did: that’s so wholly devoted to the character, inside and out. Not only that, but the narrative you tell with Hinata is just…! I’m not sure I have words for how…interesting, different, and exciting it is (all very basic words, I apologize, but that’s all I’ve got at the moment). I never know what’s going to happen next, and though I miss snippets here or there, overall I latch onto every post you make, wanting to know what’s happening, why, and how it’s going to play out from there. It’s a bit like watching a car wreck happen in little spurts every so often across my dash - I just can’t look away no matter the horror!

[ The Mun: ]

     Honestly one of the most patient, kind, quirky, resolute, and fair muns I’ve met during my nearly three years on this site. You handle even the worst things with grace (such as the blog that shall not be named the other night). You’re a joy to talk to: your positivity, humor, and enthusiasm for everything everyone does is just…so important. The Naruto RPC (the only RPC I belong to, mind you) can get rather dark or nasty at times, but you never let that encroach on you, even when it bares its ugly head at YOU. Which I would gladly lop off when it does, if I just knew where my machete was…ANYWAY. You’re a wonderful influence in this community, and I always, always love interacting with you ooc. You always brighten my day with whatever little quip you have to offer me!

     I do not! Modern, admittedly, is my all-time weakest verse (I’m much better at stuff with a majority fantasy element, where I have less 'strict’ rules to play by…or my own, with my own verses (I’m selfish that way)), so I admit I just think I’d totally flop trying to throw any of my muses at Hinata in the world she’s found herself so wedged in, and I’d hate to put you through my sub-par nonsense. “Real life” has a lot of rules I’m not too familiar with/able to write, hence why I very rarely write in it. I deal with it enough myself.

[ Want to RP with them: ]

     If I were more able to do modern, and felt more…familiar with the other elements of Hinata’s world (I know very little of the other verses you cross with, like the mutant shenanigans), I would indeed! But I think my part is much better played as a reader as not to muck things up =‘D

[ Overall Opinion: ]

     Honestly, all around one of my all-time favorite blogs. Even if we don’t interact IC, yours is still a blog I have a lot of investment in, in regards to the narrative you craft as you go (and in the mun cuz she’s a good bean). As much as Ryū throws fits wanting to leap in and play hero…I think it’s best I keep her on a leash, haha! I look forward to every post I can be around to catch. And the mun is a sweet pea who does so much for a community that isn’t always as kind in turn, but you don’t let that stop you. And that’s honestly impressive. All around, a wonderful, unique blog that we love in-character and out!
