You might want to hold off until the contracts get rewritten because right now, for the members still with BBCreative, a share of the money will most likely go to the company. The news article suggests that Hyunvi's injunction request should be processed and won quickly seeing as they have the same unfair contracts as OEC+, who won theirs. As for lawsuit loss line, on one hand they're appealing the ruling so they may get their contracts suspended later down the line; on the other hand, their contracts have already been rewritten so those 5 might actually earn a fair wage from BBCreative - money would still go the company, just not to the extent of robbing them blind. The members who have already left BBCreative, once it's clear they have individual contracts, it should be completely fine to message them.
