So did we ever figure out exactly why the writers decided to start calling icebrood "the frozen" during the latter half of the icebrood saga?
#guild wars 2#gw2#felt like a major downgrade tbh.#I remember some speculated that it was strictly the people being frozen during the lake doric and adjacent DRMs being called ''the frozen''#but then if you play dragonstorm aurene will even call regular icebrood by that name if I'm understanding correctly.#just felt like it came out of nowhere
