I actually hate that you can change the posting date on fics because sometimes i read a fic i could swear i've read before months prior but then the publishing date says it's been posted last week. and i never know if i'm going crazy or if the author just changed the date

#it doesn't help that i just read a story that basically copied the whole plotline of another fic including little quirks #that would usually set it apart from other fics #so then i'm even MORE confused about whether or not i've read it because i KNOW in the og fic Vicky and Chrissy weren't there #but then I DID read a fic where argyle brought pizza backfrom cali when the byers' visit cali and mike gets to hug will last and the byers #are staying with the sinclairs etc #so i'm going completely bonkers
