#not important#chaotic rants#i've seen one too many posts that are like#“okay but Dottore is (something that is either completely ambiguous or just straight-up factually incorrect)”#“i just think everyone's overlooking that. i just think everyone needs to remember that Dottore's the absolute worst.”#i just think you need to learn how to actually read and research things before you speak personally :\#also people need to stop talking like everything they think about Dottore is not only 10000% factually correct but completely set in stone#we havent seen the last of him#it's not like he fucking died or will never return to the story#none of you know what the future will hold (and neither do i) so please quiet down#also who tf is everyone i cant escape from the sheer amount of people i have to block because they really hate Dottore/refuse all nuance#i've seen other categories of stupid in other ways with other characters and subjects and fandoms#but the trash Dottore takes are what primarily wind up slapping me in the face#i guess because various things go “oh you like Dottore? how about this post??”#and the post is just the aforementioned bad takes
